I highly doubt a 15 year old girl knew what she was doing . She was a young impressionable girl that fell in love with an extremist overseas. I highly doubt she has any clue what she was doing. At 15 I thought I knew everything and turns out I knew nothing. I don't condone what she did leaving but I can also understand how easily she was manipulated especially if she was in love. Who know what the hell he promised her to bring her to Syria. Do I think she should be allowed back into the country she was born in yes. She was a child when she made that decision and we shouldn't be banning people based on their decisions they made as children.

I would argue that if most modern grown women can't or don't consider the consequences of their actions and regularly make life changing decisions to either fit in, for fun, and/or because it feels good at the time, a 15yr old girl definitely didn't "know" what she was doing. That being said, that doesn't excuse or mitigate her actions and even if she is truly regretful and was lied to, coerced and manipulated, she chose and stayed committed to her decision well after the age of consent. It wasn't until life got hard that she decided she wanted to be British again. I believe the judgement is correct and the legal system should stop hearing her appeals but if you say 15 is old enough to know what she's doing on a scale like this, then there's nothing a 15yr old should not be able to consent to.

Story time! According to the story, U.K. towns were once millions of Hindu free towns full of character! Hey story time! More than 1.5 million Indian Hindus illegally working in Bangladesh, not paying tax and according to the story India is looting that country by putting it’s agents forcefully on power and by destroying democracy and abusing very poor people and Rohingya refugees money were stolen which been designated by U.N. and guess what, Hindus from India controlling the main positions of Rohingya situation in Bangladesh when about more than 95% of population are against this decision, anyone can verify this according to the story! What guarantee that British native people won’t be exploited and get abused by millions of Hindu mass migrants as Indians are the biggest migrants who have entered into U.K. during last several years and gross violations of Human Rights abuses taking place in India! Turn one Abrahamic faith against another and exploit Israel - Palestine issue for to make maximum financial gain, according to the story public know who are playing this dirty game by pretending to be Jewish people’s friends and by deceiving Jewish people! Hey, don’t you know Oldham and Rochdale got thousands and thousands of Indian Hindus!

Nah, it’s a bad case he has to use to argue from but he is asking some fair questions as far as the legal issues go. While I agree with keeping her out, there is definitely an argument on whether she is a victim of trafficking (I would say she was because she was underage and lured from her parents) and whether we have some obligation to her because of that.
All that being said, while keeping her out is great, it’s another way the establishment can kick the can down the road and ignore the problems we have at home with radicalization. They’ll keep her out and it will look like they’re doing something, meanwhile pro terror marches will continue without the police doing anything. The government will pretend it’s all hunky dory.

I also want to raise concerns over her upbringing in this country. Where did she get her ideas and fanaticism from? At home, at school, from local religious figures or 'community' leaders? The courts made the correct decision, she knew exactly what she was doing, at 15 you know right ftom wrong. She should never be able to return ti the uk ever. That lawyer is delusional, he's fallen for her lies and us tax payers are paying for her appeals, disgraceful.

The courts made the right decision. Now they should deport the rest of her family.

She had duel citizenships & only wants to come back to the UK & be FREE because she is currently in Seria, in a detention centre for her crimes & will be there for the next 20yrs. And her husband is in jail. So they both deserve to stay there where committed their crimes.

She admitted to sewing bombs into suicide vests. Will her victims ever get justice? She said it was common to see severed heads in a bin and wasn’t disturbed by it. And her lawyers are trying to appeal because they’re paid by the hour.

The worst part is, is that she knows she can come back here and live the life of a martyr. There will be pockets of people that treat her like a hero. Unreal

8:02 first. She got married in another country were the age is different. Islam allows you to marry from 5yrs old even birth….. that’s Islam. Not British values
