karaite 2 tbsp shorsher tel garom kore medium flame e machh du pith valo kore veje nite habe. oi telei ro 6 tbsp tel garom kore medium 1 ta peyaaj bata, 1/2 tsp roshun bata, 1 ta medium tomato patla shoru kore kata, Kashmiri mirch 1 tsp, 4 te chera kanchha lonka, 1/2 tsp holud guro, 1/2 tsp noon, 1/2 tsp chini diye valovabe medium flame e koshe nite habe. ebar 2 cup jal diye dilum..footle vaja mach diye debo. Dhaka diye medium flame e 10 minute foot-te dite habe.
Gravy ghano hoye tel veshe uthle garom bhater shathe poribeshon korun.
ready bhetki (vetki) maacher tel jhal.
