Skelmersdale Retail Development Part 13

Hi everyone, hope you all had a good Christmas and new year?. This is a slightly shorter video than normal, due to very few changes. However we are back to the development for another year. A year in which we will see the opening of the new shops, and hopefully the start of phase 2. There hasn't been a lot of changes since my December video. However the groundworks are well underway. Curb stones can be seen and new paving installed to the front of Lidl and at the side of the loading bay. The road access at the back of Nye Bevan has been closed off to the public. Work is taking place to install a new road layout which will flow into the retail park from the main roundabout. Hope you all enjoy. Del
