I was homeless off and on for 3 years... scraping and scrapping trying to make it... first real job I got at the end of it, I was making 60K a year... now I'm at 75K.. you can do it, bro.. just keep ya head up and try not to get up with dumb shit. I didn't hang with dudes who wasn't about getting paper or having a plan to get out. Some long term homeless don't have the will to get up and get out of it. I feel for them, but at the same time, I wasn't trying to be them.. I always considered that time in my life to be a journey and not a permanent destination.

Sometime you have to go through the storm to have a story.. I myself is currently homeless right now going about two years now me and my wife sense we been homeless it really revealed to us people true colors. People also assume that either your on drugs or just lazy when they hear that you're homeless.. but we are neither we both work full time jobs. Sometime ppl just fall on hard times and it takes times to pick urself back up! I'm praying that our situation change soon..
