The biggest mistake PG made was not teaming up with Bron.
After the Cavs didn't pull off the trade and he went to OKC he should not have stayed, should have gone to the Lakers in 2018 as a UFA. Lakers kept their core and eventually trade for AD. Unstoppable.

I remember the Heat and the Pacers go at it in the playoffs. One game both PG and LeBron went off in the first half scoring a bunch. Then, at half-time, one of my favorite NBA moments happened. LeBron and PG looked at each other with the uttermost respect, and gave each other a low five or fist bump. That was amazing to see.

Why would Kyrie want to leave if they were going to get PG? That doesn’t even make sense. 😂😂😂 He wanted to leave because he was a major part of their championship and after losing to the KD version of the Warriors, they were going to trade him to a rebuilding team. The details of the proposed trade is even out there.

Kyrie actually wanted out because this trade that would’ve sent him to Phoenix when they were still trash and PG ending up in Cleveland made him mad. He didn’t want out until after this trade failed because the Pacers either fired their GM or he quit before the deal was finalized.

@@NickMintz they were trading him and Channing Frye to Phoenix and they would’ve gotten back Paul George and Eric Bledsoe. I can’t really remember who Indiana were getting in return. They were doing it to try and getting a bigger superstar to matchup better against the KD Warriors. The only reason it didn’t get finalized was because Larry Bird stepped down as GM before the deal was finished. And no to that last question. Kyrie meant that, but it he was on that type of time because he found out about this trade
As a Pacers fan, thank God that didn't happen. Feel like we definitely got a good deal, even though it sucked that he left. What really sucked was all this going down before saying at a cancer softball event that the Pacers were his team.
