Just a tip, I've sold many of those vintage hats with the disintegrated foam. It's super easy to clean out with a shop vac. Maybe 5-10 min per hat max. I've sold 2 or 3 Vintage John Deere hats for $100+ after cleaning them out :) So if they are selling high I would take the couple minutes to clean one. Just be careful before vacuuming because that foam will get everywhere!

Maybe. Probably. Go to ebay directly, not through your email, and read ebay's messages to you.
