    Thank you, excellent video. You’ve inspired me to buy an R Nine T to add to my R 1250 GS. I’ve also bought the Matt brushed hump and Matt fly screen for my R Nine T.

    • @hypeandspin
      @hypeandspin  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi, thank you for your question. Once everything is installed, the rider's seat can not be removed.

    sehr sehr schön deine R9T - hab mir gestern meine zweite R9T in 719 Alu geholt - überlege auch die 719er Spiegel, Hebel usw. nachzurüsten.. zumindest kam sie Standard schon mit dem Höcker… bin aber gerade am überlegen, ob ich mir die 719er Spiegel in Silber hole

      Danke Dir, ich kann es sehr empfehlen. Silber ist klasse. Sehr unempfindlich. Die Spiegel sind top, man hat eine sehr gute Rücksicht und sie sehen sehr hochwertig aus.

    What a magnificent machine. I confess Im a little biased, I have the same bike, even the same paint job. Ive been thinking about changing the headers and it seems a simple flap valve delete isnt straightforward on 21+ bikes, a straight through removing cat as well is the only option. Do you have any knowledge of this? Also, and sorry for all the questions, I also watched your suspension set up video. I weigh around 63kg would your advice for the rear shock settings be the same? Thanks and best wishes, Matthew

      Hi Matthew, thanks again for your comment and questions. I got the 2022 Euro-5 model and it is still under warranty. That is why I have not conducted such modifications yet. Here is a video from the guys of Pier City Cycles. Maybe it gives you an idea of how complex the job could be. Hope this helps: th-cam.com/video/BwEYebw7p24/w-d-xo.html
      In regards to the rear shock, I weigh 79kg and I have simply used the setting from the BMW manual. It works well for me.
      Ride safe!

    I have exactly the same bike. Have you ever thought of changing the taillight and license plate? Rizoma or Wunderlich offer good products.

      Hey, thank you for your comment. Indeed I have. The folks of @PierCityCustoms show some great options on how to change the tail light and license plate. Check it out.

    Dear Hype&Spin!
    Thank you for sharing this great video.
    Now that you've showed us, how to install the hump, why in the world, did you not teach us, too, how to open it properly!?
    I've opened and closed mine not even ten times, with almost no force applied, and I broke the closing mechanism.
    I know, it only costs around 3,00€ but, I would like to use it as a primary, essential luggage compartment.
    Do you know, how to do it properly?

    • @hypeandspin
      @hypeandspin  10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thank you very much for your comment and very sorry to hear that you broke the closing mechanism of the hump-compartment. I just went into my garage to take a look at my NineT. To open the compartment simply put your thumb into the little notch (there is one to the left and one to right of the center) on top of the little flap and pull it gently forward. I hope this helps.

      @@hypeandspin Thank you very much, I am going to try this.
      Please let us know, how it works for you, opening it several times.

    What do you do if the screw to remove the pillion seat spins but doesn’t come loose from the seat?

    • @hypeandspin
      @hypeandspin  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hi there, thank you for your question. It is hard to judge from the distance. Try to gently lift up the seat a bit. Sometimes the screw is already loose but kind of stuck in the the little tube, if that makes sense.

    What tires and size are you running?

    • @hypeandspin

      I have ordered the bike with the BMW wheels: Option 719 Rad Classic.
      Tubeless spoked wheel with rims having spokes radiating from the centre.
      Rim sizes: 3.5 x 17 inch front, 5.5 x 17 inch rear.
      3 kg less weight compared to a traditional spoked wheel.
      I love them. Very easy to maintain, I would order them again.
