    Having begun speaking of borders, what method do you use to create a border and then add a frame? I have had no luck at various attempts to do so including trying to use merge. However I did find a work around using "matte" If you have another solution, I would love to have that info.

    How do i get to open in all the edits in photoscape-ie. spot healing brush -Remove blemishes - Liquify etc stc

      Those tools are only available in the Editor interface of PhotoScape X, the second from left to right in the top left menu with all the interfaces (Viewer, Editor, Cut Out...), you can access the tools at the Tools button at the top right corner, it's the last button in the tab with "Edit, Color, Film..." You can apply changes to an image in one specific interface, then save the image and open the new image version in the Editor interface to access those tools from there.
