My dry comfrey leaves were crushed my hand but not pulverized and now it’s infused in olive oil. How many hours would you suggest cooking it in the instant pot for then?
When you use the fresh plant matter you will get a more well rounded tincture. Drying the herb will get rid of the valuable water properties of the plant - I like dry comfrey for oil extracts and teas.

Why fresh comfrey and not dried comfrey for tinctures?
