Yaesu FT950 will not power on, this is the procedure to repair this condition.

Yaesu FT950, FTDX1200, and FTDX3000 sometimes are subject power surges. This often damages the radio circuits. As a result, the radio will not power up. This video describes the repair of the "no power on issue".

Did you ever run into an Ftdx1200 that has high swr and won't tune? Before I dig in, I figured I'd ask. With or without the tuner in line it shows the hi swr icon, folds back so I suspect the swr bridge or diodes on the tuner board.

I am having the no power on issue. I changed the diodes on the PA board and I don't think there is a problem with that board.
I have a power light on my control board. When I try and power it on it starts to boot, the relay will click and the screen will start to come on then it reboots and keeps doing that.
In the programming mode I was able to flash the firmware fine. With the control software when the radio is off I can click the remote power button and it tries to power up like the button on the radio but power cycles again. Have you seen this?
