If the registered tripartite redevelopment agreement between redeveloper-tenant copartnership type CHSL-rehab members of CHSL as well as registered individual agreement between redeveloper and rehab member excludes clause on monthly rent to be paid to rehab member (who will stay as tenant in rented accomodation during the period redevelopment project) , then is the rent received from redeveloper taxable for that rehab member? The redeveloper has made a notarized MOU using legally enforceable language which includes how much rent he will pay per month to the rehab member but there is no link up of this notarized MOU with the registered DA/PAAA.
