- I took a trip on nearly every form of transport in India including the ferry, metro and tuk tuk, before arriving at Lulu Mall, one of the largest and most modern malls in India. I met some locals there and jumped on one of the rides there with them and had so much fun.
The Kochi Metro is a rapid transit system serving the city of Kochi in Kerala, India. It was opened to the public within four years of starting construction, making it one of the fastest completed metro projects in India. It is the world's first rapid transit system whose entire management operations are handled by women. The system is also involved in sustainable initiatives with the introduction of non-motorized transport corridors in the city.

Kerala is not like rest of India
Slums are actually exclusive to some specific places now due to rapid growth of middle class population in India.
I think slums are much much less in Kerala. I can't say if it is 0 slums because I myself hadn't been to all districts.
Although I love it when you walk along local streets and meeting locals, it's great to see the modern side of Kochi as well. It shows how much India had developed as a nation. That metro ride is just like or even better than in western countries. Love the people in Kochi the friendliest bunch. Love this content Harry Sire. Safe travels. 🙏❤

The underground / elevated metros in Western countries were constructed and in operation since 70's/ 80's. They operate very well, just like the new metro systems in India. Yes, the older carriages are bit outdated but most of them are refurbished.

Metro rail are one of the most cheapest and affordable public transport system in India. It is already operational in more than 15+ cities in India and atleast 8 cities are in planning/construction stage.

Actually there are a handful of malls in every district of Kerala nowadays. When I was in 7 nth std I don't remember much malls. It was when I was in +2 degree time 4 of them were inagurated.

They are called tug boats.. pilot boats are used by pilot.for boarding and de boarding from a cargo ships..

Most of Indians just say hello or hey..or their local language. Namaste is kind of more dignified way of greeting elders but very rarely used.
English is the language that connects the entire nation in a way.
Although most speak Hindi, the people of South India have quite a lot of trouble speaking Hindi so you'll find almost everything in that region translated in English to help people from other states understand what is what.🤣
