Hands down, the most addictive fragrance in my collection is Magnolia Rosae by Maison Lancome. It's a thick jammy rose fragrance with a honey-esque tone to it. I can wear this one literally everyday, and it lasts on me all day, no need for top ups. After wearing it for 4 or 5 days straight, I do need to put it away out of sight in order to stop myself from reaching for it.
Ganymede is one of my favorites. There is something light but powerful about it as well. I think the uniqueness is what makes me love it so much. A true all-year signature scent.
BR540 Extrait is the most addictive fragrance I have ever smelled. I first smelled it on a flight when a passenger was wearing this. I Waited for my trip to Paris to buy the big bottle of this. Ever since then, it's my signature scent and I get tons of compliments when I wear it.
My husband and I make home-made maple syrup during late winter/early spring. We tap our own trees, boil sap over an out-door wood fire for days, and it turns out smokey and delicious. I had acquired a sample of By The Fireplace and it smells JUST LIKE our maple syrup right before it's ready to jar. YUM!!
I absolutely love Killian Rose Oud. I have never enjoyed rose on myself but something about the mix of those notes has opened a whole new world to me! I agree that angel shares isn’t as strong as I would like. And I get almost no wear time from by the fireplace. It’s a shame because I adore the smell. What makes q fragrance addicting to me is when I can’t stop smelling myself. Specific notes work so well on my skin that I keep going back to smell them.
I think 40 Knots is really addictive. It has that green and ambergris at the top but gets really nice and sweet and smooth in the base. That base lasts forever on clothes and I love finding something that it rubbed off on. Plus it lasts forever on me, and that is typically not the case.
Bal d'Afrique, from this list, is the one I find addicting. Most addictive for me from my own collection are Escapade Gourmand and Studied from Liis. I cannot stop smelling my arm when I wear them. Santal 33, for me, is sort of the opposite...I get tired of smelling it and actually don't like being sat next to people too long when they are wearing it because it overwhelms me when applied heavily.
From this list I own and enjoy: Xerjoff "Naxos" and Nishane "Hacivat". Some fragrances which I think are addictive are: V Canto "Mea Culpa", Amouage "Jubilation XXV Man", JPG "Le Male Le Parfum".
I’m addicted to Ganymede because the smell is so familiar to me. I brings back olfactive memories of walking through the mall and smelling all of the leather jackets and handbags while also getting whiffs of the fragrance department in the distance. Although the smell is so familiar and gorgeous, it hadn’t been done before in perfumery. And for that, it’s not only unique, it’s a love.
I might be addicted to Herod. It caught me off guard at first, but then it hit me during the second wearing and I realized why everyone is talking about it. I consider it to be neck and neck with Layton, which was an instant click for me
By the fireplace is super strong in me. The first hour is pure liquid smoke. Then it turns into a beautiful clove and vanilla scent. Delina and Delina La Rosee are my addiction.
After a German video recommendation I smelled yesterday Givenchy L'Interdit EDP for the first time. It's a white floral for women, but I find it amazing and particularly addictive to smell.
As you I am not addicted to Bal d’Afrique, but I’am addicted to Mixed Emotions. The smoky/woody notes and the contrast with the soft fruity notes is so yummy and addictive. I think it’s a super underrated perfume from Byredo.
Do you mind telling me approximately how many hours does it last on your skin and clothes? I smelled Mixed Emotions a few weeks ago and really liked it but did not buy since I was not sure of longevity. I also like Rose of No Man’s Land and Slow Dance.
I have to agree for Ganymede love it and I wear it and my husband loves it too. Is become like our daily signature scent and we fight over it all the time. I have to try the others that I didn't try.
I need to meet these grandmas that everyone talks about because if they smell like my favourite perfume of all times (Portrait of a Lady) they must be some bad**s. And I know POAL is polarising but no perfume has made me feel like this one does, plus although I'm on my 4th bottle once and a while I can smell a different note from it as if the perfume changes according to season, occasion or even mood lol
At the moment my most addictive fragrance is Blanche Bete. I’ve used half bottle in the last eight months. Hard to do when you have almost 200 fragrances.
Some of my favorites on that list that I wear frequently: Delina, POAL, Oud Bouquet (old one), Tobacco Vanille, Halfeti, & By the Fireplace. I’d add Gris Charnel, Moth & Salome to that list. 😊
Thanks for the video! The fragrances I find I am most addicted to are Dior's Rouge Trafalgar, MFK Gentle fluidity Gold, Chanel Coromandel, Delina, LV Fleur de Desert, Tom Ford Lost Cherry and usually in warmer months/temperature Chanel Chance Eau Tendre, Chanel Gardenia, Hermes Twilly Eau Ginger.
I completely agree with you on Santal 33. It might smell better on a man than it does me. The Noir and Rose 31 are much better smelling fragrances for women IMHO. Tobacco Vanille is addictive to me.
I love that you can search through comments. That's really great. I can't seem to find it here on your channel externally. But these are some of the most addictive scents for sure. I have the Baccarat Rouge, Poal, Delina and Angels Share. I'll look at some of the others. Enjoyed this video very much Sebastian. Keep on cranking out great content as usual.

@@ThePerfumeGuy I’ve been asked multiple times if I had BTF on. This is Fragrantica’s information: Cookies & Kisses by Clinique is a Amber fragrance for women. This is a new fragrance. Cookies & Kisses was launched in 2021. Top notes are Pink Pepper, Apple and Bergamot; middle notes are Chestnut, Pimento and Balsam Fir; base notes are Guaiac Wood, Peru Balsam, Sandalwood and Ambroxan.
I enjoy and own a lot of these on the list except for oud bouquet, never been a fan of it. Angels share is the only Kilian I think that is beast mode honestly. I agree that most Kilian fragrances are very very thin sadly but angels share is a great performer for me anyways… however, I recently purchased Il Capriccio del Maestro Nobile 1942 which is not a dupe but it is in the same vein as Angels share and wow! That is some delicious potent stuff. So I still think that angels share is a great performing fragrance, not as beastly as the latter I mentioned but for Kilian it definitely is lol You should try the Nobile 1942 one if you haven’t already.
Hacivat sounds interesting..my first niche fragrance purchase was Delina..I have not found another one to blow me away at first sniff like that..I had to have it and will NEVER run out..lol...body cream, hair spray, shower gel..I want ALL of it.
im addicted to Tom Ford Soleil Blanc and Rose D’Amalfi, mancera Aoud Vanille and xerjoff dama bianca!! delicious creamy vanillas and powdery delicate perfumes have me by the neck
By the Fireplace is a great scent profile but for me the burnt wood smell is too strong to want to wear it! I use it to perfume my home to live the dream of having an open fireplace to cuddle up in front of!
I consider Angel’s Share is really beastly. Regarding your “beast list” - I just can’t wear them at all. :) It’s like the sound of an airplane taking off right next to you.
I really don' t like Ganymede and I adore B683extrait.....how is it possible? everyone says they are similar and they are both Quentin Bisch creations....
Angels share is not like other Killian perfumes. It's very strong and long lasting. I don't think it's beastly but the thickness of the scent makes it feel beastly. Whenever I spray it on me I feel like I am pleasantly trapped under a big apple pie ....lol
I have Kilian Angel’s Share and Love Don’t Be Shy. I find they are beast mode only in that they stay for days on clothing. Neither project well enough that I’d say they are strong to the people around me. I’m thinking they get the beast mode nod specifically because of the scent lingering on fabric.
What’s there not to like Tobacco Vanille? I have to say I can recall when I once thought there were too many people addictive to it, but now I know there are. Good luck to them.
I had a deluxe sample of it and Noir de Noir. Both very sweet and cloying to me. The only TF I found wearable was Sahara Noir, which of course is discontinued. Lavender Extreme may as well be named ha ha suckers, you dropped a car payment on Shalimar with a gross Obsession drydown.

I like SDV because it smells like Vanilla Extract to my nose. I still have it in the original bottle and still part of the original “the art of materials” collection before it got transitioned to the new bottle you have in the video.
What? Portrait of a Lady smells like grandma? They definitely need to train their noises. That's one of the most sophisticated, loud, and unisex fragrance out there. Milk + is very addicting as well as Vanilla Sugared Patchouli 64, I can't stop sniffing my hand when I wear them.
I got a decant recently. It’s delicious, but it has terrible performance on me. Same thing with Tonka Imperiale. So disappointing because they’re heavenly.
I havent tried the original TF Tobacco Vanille however I tried the Oil Perfumery and that scent made me ill. Its was so strong and cloying I couldnt wear it. I would love to try Angel Share but I have so many other nice gourmands I actually dont need it. I am enjoying Mancera Coco Vanille right now, very addictive to me. Also Scandal by Night JPG. It needs to go away. I had a bottle when it was released and wore it about 4X and the was sick of it

Maybe in part 2 if I do it but not many mentions of Chanel. I would think it would be Coromandel or Le Lion as ones that came up when I searched! :)
Adoro Ganimede!
