Congratulations, nice piece! How is the top E string - it looks perilously close to the edge of the fretboard in the promotional photos? I had a Mexican Nashville Telecaster and had to slighlty unbolt the neck and 'wrench it' hard to get the top E string into a place it wouldn't slide off the edge of the fingerboard!

Big question is, are you still learning? Most people don’t jump right to a 2k strat to learn beCause it’s such a hard instrument to learn. I know I’m about 2.5 years into it an I’m seriously thinking about dropping some coin. Now let’s hear some yellowbetter or whatever it’s called lol

Buy what inspires you play.
It doesn’t matter if it cost $200, $2,000, $20,000, or $200,000.
If you can afford it and it inspires you no matter skill level buy it.
It’s really sad that some people have the opinion that beginners should always start on cheap instruments.
