It is important to constantly make that "ting ting ting" noise the sound waves add extra special flavor to the recipe. Make sure you do that at home.
not really, but tapping on steel plate will shake of what ever is stuck to the knife , it will even help de-grease the steel plate. then one more advantage is it takes away bubbles and help the food cook through.

Seeing all the people complaining about too much oil (and they are right), but when you eat street food, this is the feature you have to accept, else you have to eat at home.
Everyone uses a diffremt quantity of oil even on outside, but this guy is using oil more than the actual omlette😑 this shit is unacceptable

This is a messed up diet with tons of cholesterol, trans fats, saturated fats, low omega-3 and tons of carbs and sugar. Which keto diet contains such outrageous amount of carbs, I have no clue.
Keto doesn't necessarily have to be including butter or ghee. It can be vegan too, like Olive oil or canola oil. You don't need to burn the oil for so long to convert all the mono and poly saturated oil into trans fat and saturated fats. This is a death bowl served in disguise of tongue orgasm!! Better scoop a teaspoon of olive oil and have it raw than this cholesterol heaven!!
