Zoning laws are the only way we could potentially stop urban sprawl in Texas but no politician would vote for it because they’d lose their seat so fast they’d be spinning

every time they say urban they meant suburban. the point of being urban is to STOP sprawling. thats why urban areas have denser populations than suburban ones
