This is one of two games the broke me and I haven’t played it because of how heavy the rules are. The other is Rune Wars. I played CO2 and liked it. The rules seemed so much easier than this.
+rahdo Turbo is short for turbocharger. Turbocharger might sound better to you as a noun. There also exist superchargers, not in the game but in real life, which likewise increase the air pressure in the cylinders, but via a different method.
And, as Sandra is the first person in "Workstation Alley", she will do all her stuff first. So you still would have been judged on your innovation skills. 'Sandra management' is a very tricky thing and keeps you on your toes.

***** I think they are talking about the 33:00 mark. you proposed a scenario where Jen had gone to a different department instead of the same one as you. you said you would be able to increase your training before evaluation, except Sandra would have been farther to the left and would have gone first.
Don't Panic, Get Manic Richard made some changes in the Extended Play to this placement to precisely show the differences... and he has put his worker in the first spot so he could be ahead of Sandra and don't be penalized when she evaluates the deparment :)

a turbo is something that increases the amount of air going into your engine, which can improve horsepower produced by the same engine
