Thanks Very useful info on the controls of the 6930 Gerry. Thinking about purchasing maybe a good clean 6330 down the road when we can afford it.🚜

She'd be worth a pound or three with only 4k hrs Gerry! Lovely tractor, the 6930 premium is an iconic model of JD and still a sought after and well liked tractor probably more so than the newer ones.

Bart De Reu Might be controlled by computers. But in appearance it is Analog. It’s all dials and needles pointing out your parameters.... it’s not digital as the some of the 20 series was 😉. Dry up your coffee 😂

1000E would need an extra gear ratio in the PTO gearbox. 540E is easy because it's the same ratio as 1000 but with lower revs. At least that's the way it works on our old David Brown 885!

Like driving a space ship compared to my 4320. Definitely alot of electronic things to malfunction.

Depends where it’s set up. Usually it’s on a button on top of the screen on the right

What do you drive it in most auto or power quad
Probably about 50/50. When out on the road I always have it in auto. It maximizes the gear changes for best pulling. In field work or around yard I do the changing my self
