I connected my device like this and still get an er01 error code! Can't figure it out! Any advice? I'm ensuring the beam is uninterrupted. The jumpers were only removed from ports with a wire installed. This is an initial setup. The setup goes as expected until after the auto countdown. Then, there is a click and the er01 error code. If I press the + or - buttons for open/close the same error code is presented. Note: I received the same error code with the device disconnected and the jumpers undisturbed from the manufacturer.
