Let me tell you something son. Larry Bird and I played in a huge Pro-Am tennis tournament at Waltham Racuet club 30 years ago. I was the pro, we made it all the way to the finals. Larry was the best, no matter what I asked him to do, he would follow through. Great personality too.

Within seconds, he had the ball and was down court scoring. I saw an interview with Joe Kline once asking him about defending Kareem's skyhook. He said "there is no defending it, you turn and his belly button is eye level with you, and he's 7' tall". Lol
