In this all day decluttering and organizing video, I'm motivating you to clean along with me! I hope this cleaning video gives you tons of cleaning motivation to tackle your own to do list in this full day of cleaning! We're cleaning, deep cleaning, organizing, decluttering . I would have thrown away 75% of those toys. All that is totally ridiculous. To much little tiny pieces and stuff broken or sets not complete I would have tossed.

Too much toys.. kids do not appreciate toys if they have more than enough.. with less toys they are able to play better, they create less mess and they have chance to love their toys, and appreciate everything more what they may have ❤
The music is totally annoying..it ruins the video.
Sorry you feel that way! We only have so many options to choose from with the music we can use on TH-cam. I do my best to find music I think would be good. 😬

It's true that we buy way too many toys for children. I didn't have a lot when I was a child and I don't remember being unhappy about that. On average, half of the clutter in a family's home is the abundance of toys. Too many choices for children to be creative and play productively.
Great transformation! Can I just suggest that you cut out the music, or if you have to have music, not use a song? I have to mute the video because of the music, and then I need subtitles so I don't miss your narration, but the lyrics are also captured by the automatic subtitles, and it's not always easy to pick up when you start talking.
you are good, I would have most of those toys in a trash bag
Rule we have/had: One toy out for each one in. Of a similar size. Or in your case,for the moment 2 out for each one in :).
BTW: I have one of Eureka pet hair vacs and love it (cats here). BUT be sure to hold on to the plug end of the cord when retracting it or you will get quite the whack on the leg, or worse, when it flies back into the canister. Esp if the kids or pets are in the room, it can hurt quite a bit. I speak from experience.........
Way to many toys
I would only keep one toy bin per kid. Stop buy toys as gifts and spend time instead.
A few special is best
Have all those family members contribute money into Roth IRAS for your kids as their holiday gifts. 0 clutter, and they will have money for their futures. With compounding interest, your children can be millionaires when they reach retirement age.
I've officially caught up with every video on your channel, and I wanted to let you know that your channel is so so helpful to me. As someone who struggles with a lot of health problems and disorders, I often find myself wishing I could do more. Now that I've found your channel, I can live vicariously through you when I can't do more. I have the motivation to try to do what I can. I have a way to body double while cleaning which is so beneficial to me. Today I was able to put a really large dent in catching up with housework, and today has been a really big step for me. I'm very glad I found your channel and now have a much healthier relationship with cleaning, both when I can and cannot accomplish my goals. I also watch your videos while taking breaks or relaxing, and I always end the video feeling better than before it started. I love getting to know you better as time goes on. You inspire me to have goals for my own house once I have the means of having and keeping one. I don't think I ever understood my decor style until I watched you grow into yours. Being able to see what you've done, whether my style or not has really helped me to view decor from a design standpoint. One last thought, you hit 100 subscribers in 3 weeks, and here you are now. Look at you! :)

You do a great job of cleaning your home but never see you actually clean or disinfect the children toys ?? You just put them back in the toy boxes?? In this video you also just put toys from under the dirty sofa back with other toys with out cleaning then ??

That was quite an undertaking! If an item is small enough to fit into an empty toilet paper roll then it is a choking hazard (to your kids and the puppy). And think about how much clutter you eliminate at the same time!

You are correct, this room is a mess at the end of every single day. They help out daily. But when I have a filming day, I don’t stress the clean up. It’s my job. Kids are kids.

My comment was my opinion as a mother of 4 who kids room was never clean and a pre k teacher. I’m not judging this mother I simply commented that I would love to see the kids helping in a video. I understood that this video was not meant to display that. I didn’t think saying hey show the kids next time would get people’s panties in a bunch. I know kids don’t clean. My kids are grown and they still dirty. When I taught prek we labeled everything and only put out minimal things. Trust me I’m not judging this mother she did a good job. Furthermore, I just cleaned my son room and he 16 kids never gonna do it like we do. @aleahMartins Please do not take offense it was not meant that way.

Too many toys can affect attention span in children.
99% sure it’s iPads and Tiktok. I’ve had just as many toys as a kid and my attention span isn’t affected. My little sister was iPad raised and her attention span is actually worse.

Great video and transformation! A big concern I have though is the puppy having access to all those small toys. Huge choking hazard. It doesn’t take much to cause a blockage and that’s thousands of dollars in vet bills and you could still end up losing your puppy. Not to mention the pain he’d go through. I’ve learned the hard way 😢
That was a big reason I tackled this project! We are staying on top of making sure everything is put back so he doesn’t have access to it all. Not worth the risk. So sorry to hear that 🥺💔

Ours was the play room as well. Six hours of cleaning and four 55 gallon garbage bags of junk and paper. We also got rid of a ton of junk toys. Where'd did you get your bins? I love them! I ended up labeling our with a lable maker but that will not last on the cloth ones.

Hy☺️just one question , in Italy we avoid fitted carpet for many reasons but in usa and in others countries it’s commonly used , but ok it’s possible to hoover it but if you don’t wash it the dirty stay there or have I missed something? If I don’t wash my floors it’s strange

Your new pup is indeed going to be a very large dog. Boerboels are generally lazy, love laying around and not doing much except if someone tried to come in uninvited, then be warned.
Can I ask where you got the superhero and disney princess pictures on the wall?
They need a little play table so they can put their stuff there and keep it off the floor.. and then if they want to play with something new they will have to pick it up off the table before they can put new toys out
Clear containers were a game changer for me or shorter bins so you can see what is inside and things aren't hidden

I carry an empty laundry basket with me, room to room. I put things in it that go in another area so I'm not going back n forth.

girl!! I need this. I have put off my toy room for now, over a year-it’s on my list for next weekend and let me tell you i’ve been watching alllll the videos to get inspo. it’s such a task after 3 kids. i kept everything mostly from my older two for my youngest but now he’s growing out of them and im just OVER so much stuff!!! thank you for the realness of that toy pile cuz that’s the magnitude im about to tackle. i can’t wait for the after feeling ❤❤.

This could not be further from the truth. Zeke gets SO MUCH LOVE. Maybe on the MINUTES of footage you saw it did not look that way, but I promise you, he is so loved and has an amazing life. No need for the heartbreak.

My whole house 🫣 I’m 36 weeks pregnant and have been having contractions. Trying to clean after two and prepared things for baby has been hard. The whole house is in disarray.

My son doesn’t like going through his toys but if he really wants a new toy or game than he is willing to help declutter and let go of things 😂 having kids definitely makes it hard to keep a clean home but it’s a work in progress

The room looked amazing..I just spent my days off catching up on some extra cleaning and organizing ..and it does make you feel so good when everything is in its place ....Mack was so funny running from the vacuum ...my pups try to attack my vacuum when it's running...so comical

Wow this is so motivating to see how much you're able to throw away, that's how I like declutter videos to be filmed instead of just random stuff moving away whitout knowing much what's going on 😅 I hope you'll need to find a similiar declutter with things I struggle to toss like nicer paper clutter (fashion magazines/catalogs/junkmail) and mostly the clothes that can't be sold/donated from the master bedroom as I don't have kids yet so my struggle is to discard my own clothes 🤭
