Weight is genetics all my family is huge 300 plus iam the only one who lost it but with alot of sacrifice and almost fainting at one point its your genetics. All my family is insulin resistance including me so i have to watch it any little cheat meal 7 pounds up in 2 to 4 days later guaranteed i admire you keep slim thank the universe for that.

Hello Jamie, I still love your videos so much. I haven’t commented in awhile because we lost my sister in law, it was very unexpected. It’s been a really sad time for all of us. My mother in law is really depressed so I have been trying to do things to help her and trying to keep her occupied. Please keep us all in your prayers. I hope you all have a blessed week 🙏🏼♥️🥰🌹🦋

I just started crying since I'm going through a tough time. A few things are going on and I don't have the support to deal with it and I would just like to say thank you for your kind words. They mean tyne world to me. One thing I wish is that people would understand that raising my 3 grandsons alone with my back disability isn't easy, and they aren't free to raise. Thursdays have always been my favorite day of the week! I would always wake up and feel so refreshed because I would do midweek self care for myself!
Ok, be proud of me…I got up and cleaned off the stainless steel fridge, dishwasher, trash can and microwave also!! I fell down our stairs Labor Day weekend and so getting up and moving has been a challenge but every day is better🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 so today you motivated me to do a little bit more👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻. Thanks!!

You just talking about going through a tough time really hit home for me. My family is going through a tough time, we've been sick and because of that we weren't bringing in any money so things have become difficult. It has really got me depressed and my migraines are really flaring up. I'm praying things get better soon, I don't know just how much more I can take.

I always do a Friday reset - thorough house clean but I was busy Friday and all wknd so I finally cleaned yesterday! I think I like cleaning on Mondays better! Since kids are home all wknd!
Hi Jamie! Been around here for years and never thought to share my high point and low point. My high would be that we got a bigger home for our family. And my low would be that my 3 yr old was hospitalized from Sat-today(Wed) due to her asthma. So scary: you continue to inspire me and help me get through the rut of life. Much love ❤

Life is hard sometimes, I had a hand injury’s month ago that required 14 stitches and then got infected and spent a night in the hospital. Could not use my hand for some time and finally am able to do things that I was not able to. Your videos, words and just hearing your voice during that scary and hard time helped so much. Today I was able to scrub my shower and boy did it need it and honestly it felt so good to have you there in the background while I was able to clean again like I always did. Thank you!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Jamie, you do a lot for your family. I love to see young people care about their house and family. I’m feeling better and have not touched my shed all winter until Sunday. So far I’ve spent three days cleaning the shed and got rid of a lot. After today I’m trying to spend one hr each day so the mess doesn’t happen again. I still have a lot to do but I’m determined to get it done.

I also thankfully just got out the first trimester of pregnancy, which was brutal. I'm feeling much better and more human now, my house has definitely slacked and got left behind. Hi Jamie! Your discussion about weather made me think about ours. I live in Kentucky in a Lake town. We usually shut down the community pools and the community lakefront beaches after Labor Day weekend. That being said, the end of September/ through October is when everyone really starts ramping up the outdoor activities like boating, hiking, camping and outdoor festivals. It is SO hot here in the summer with high humidity (triple digits a couple of weeks ago) that everyone pretty much gets locked inside until it’s over here, so when the temps and humidity FINALLY come down everyone heads outside. We don’t get REALLY cold weather here that sticks around until January/February. Up until then, it’s off and on from the end of September. Then, our weather gets warm and sticks around usually after Mother’s Day weekend and the community pools and beaches are open by Memorial Day weekend. Most of our warm weather activities start happening around Easter around here though, and that’s usually when the “lake people” (that’s what us locals where I live refer to the city folks with lake homes. We really do love them. ❤️) come back to their lake homes and open them up for the season. We really only have about three months of super cold weather here in Kentucky.

Sunday is my favorite day of the week because I go to church. Nothing is more important than worshipping God.
It never fails. Never. Just 5 mins of watching your videos and then I have to start picking up and cleaning around my house.

I totally understand your preference of a non-weekend day! My favorite day of the week is actually Tuesday since it's not (1) the super-depressing first day back to work/school, (2) the agonizing slump of Wed-Thu, or (3) the whirlwind that is often Fri-Sun. And I also agree that sometimes the few days before a vacation can be better than the trip itself 😆

Hi! I’m new here. Low point of my week is my neighbor whom is my friend passed away suddenly. High point of my week is I hugged her daughter while we both grieved. I am a caring person so being able to just hug her made me feel like I was helping even in a small way.

Jamie, I thought of you all afternoon yesterday. I finally decided to tackle some organizing/decluttering in my bathroom. I told myself I was gonna focus on the drawer that was the worst and deal with the others another day. But to my surprise that first one went so well I spent the afternoon and before I knew it I had finished all 7 drawers and 2 cabinets! I’ve heard you talk about starting small will give you the push to do more. Boy did it ever. Just wanted to thank you for the motivation and let you know I was thinking about you ♥️

You're still one of my favorites! I live in Wisconsin so our weather is pretty similar to yours. Lately we've had a few 90 degree days down to the high 50's at night. I love it when it's not too hot and not too cold. I love being able to have my windows open and smell the fresh air. 🍂🍁🍂
Yes, it sounds like our weather is very similar! Back and forth right now! I don't mind it in the fall but then i start to hate it in about November when it's cold for good

I'm the same way about enjoying the prep and anticipation of a vacay/weekend the most. Friday is my fav. My weekend doesn't start until Saturday.
I bet you love surprises too. The anticipation leading up to my birthday or some special event is probably just as good as the actual day. Lol
