    I wish in America it was common to come by speeches like this. Everyone here lives for the 'likes' so they think they need to be funny, and get knee slappers while giving their toasts, speeches, and even officiating. Every wedding I've filmed here is basically like that.

    • @philipwhiteio
      @philipwhiteio  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I had no idea. My US clients have usually been okay. I get it though. Great speeches in the U.K. are actually rare. We generally hear the same googled speech week in week out.

    Hi Philip, what frame rate did you shoot this at for the smooth slow motion. Enjoying your course!

      Hi Viva - Slo Mo is 100fps Glad you're enjoying the course!!!

    So poetic and truthful ! Is it filmed with the Leica SL ?

    • @philipwhiteio

      Hey Matthieu, sorry for the late reply. Yes, I used the SL.

    Goddamn beautiful.
    Can I ask what lens you used paired with your Leica SL for this? (not just the focal length, I know it’s probably 85 😂)
    Just curious! Cheers

    • @philipwhiteio
      @philipwhiteio  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! This one was a Voigtlander 1.8 (M Mount)

    • @patrickholt9796
      @patrickholt9796 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Philip White cheers man. Must have been a struggle without any stability in camera! plenty of monopod usage I’m guessing and that slow motion must have helped 😎

    • @philipwhiteio
      @philipwhiteio  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@patrickholt9796 Exactly. Slo Mo on the SL is simply because there's no stabilization. Every shot uses a monopod but it's still not totally stable.
