    This was my first ball workout!! Found you because I love step and you keep changing me by adding mobility, weights and now a ball! You're one of the best instructors ever - real, informational, fun and motivating!!!

    I’ve recently purchased a ball and have been trying these moves. Wow, amazing. The ball gives it a whole different dynamic. Really felt my legs in particular my quads! Perfect if you’re looking for a quick workout!

    I just finished the upper body arm workout on the stability ball and now I just completed this lower body workout.I enjoyed this lower body workout and will be doing a lot more of my exercises on the stability ball.These workouts are quick and very effective and so excellent for strengthening the core.I love it.Thanks for another great workout using the stability ball.

    I will classify this as a very beginner workout; didn't sweat, but probably used some muscles that I don't normally use. Doing your 20 minute arms and 20 minute abs ball videos next, so I bet I start feeling the burn as I get farther along into those!
