FNN: Trump and Miners Speak As POTUS Signs Bill Undoing Obama's Coal Mining Rule

(AP) President Donald Trump has put the brakes on a regulation blocking coal mining debris from being dumped into nearby streams.
Trump called the regulation a "job-killing rule" before he signed a measure to overturn it. Lawmakers from coal-mining states stood close by, including Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.Va. and Sen. Shelley Moore Capito, R-W.Va.
Several coal miners and energy company executives also attended the White House signing ceremony.
Republicans and some Democrats argued that the rule could eliminate thousands of coal-related jobs. They said the rule also ignored dozens of existing federal, state and local regulations.
The Interior Department said in December when it announced the rule that 6,000 miles of streams and 52,000 acres of forests would be protected.

Especially at our dinner table. He said, EVERYDAY when he goes to work driving under a Bridge and see Cracks in them... He was always afraid to talk about it, because he was afraid that he would die one of these days because of our POOR Bridges / Roads Etc..., and no-one would look after us if he does. We are talking about YEARS of fears here 40+. He said when the day, that he see the Infrastructure Bill Signed, that will be the day he will be on his knees to thank WHOEVER it is above.

I've been waiting since 1974 to have somebody I could really and truely vote for out of the bottom of my heart! I told my wife and 3 girls and their spouses that Trump is the one true president to staightened this crooked ass country out. I remember reading about Trump back in the 70's along time ago. I watched a lot of Trump's signings and this is by far the most gracious and respectful gathering I have seen so far. This really made me respect Trump more.

Both of you are fools if you think this conman, who's lived a life of fraud and screwing people over, cares about you. The only thing Trump cares about is getting more money and feeling in control. Trump knows the right rhetoric to make the "common man" feel like he understands them, but at the end of the day he's filling his cabinet with Goldman Sachs alums/ billionaires and signing off on bills that will strip away environment-protecting regulations. They spin it as if it's for job growth, but this is really for the benefit of the companies. All of it is. He scammed you, and you will realize it soon enough.
