For bending round tube for steel frame bodies I have used a block of wood with a hole though it and heavily chamfered edges and used the same technique. Just bend it a little at a time.

Hi I have just seen this and was very intrigued with your tube bender. Great idea. Any chance you can remember the width and length of your chassis as I am just about to embark on my attempt at similar. Even ball park would be great. Regards John

You can find the dimentions of a morgan 3 wheeler through google easily.
