      I've been living in Canada for 3 months now, and really miss my backyard. I've seen some banana trees here, but not sure if they produce fruit or not.

      @@daoshowsyouhow I don't think there is banana, but a lot of other good stuff I'm sure, wild berries maybe? Blue berries, raspberries, those are good.

    Thanks for the recepie. Khao Tom Mad is my absolute favorite sweet food. I cant buy banana leaves in germany, any alternative ideas?

    I'm wondering what the durability for this desert is? If I made these today, can I lay them down a week in a fridge?
    Would be awesome if you could help me out with this question. Becuase i'd like to make more than 10 at once but I'll never be able to finish all 10 at a day.

      Sorry for the delay. Yes, you can keep it in the fridge during the process before the steam. After the steam, you can also keep it in the fridge for 2-3 days, heat it up before you eat it. And you can try to grill it in stead of steaming, smell really nice.
