Of course, knowing how your tank is supposed to work is all fine and dandy, but if your team takes a route that leaves you isolated or in a position where you can’t fire effective shots, it doesn’t matter what you know.

You didn’t address the problem at all. Point is 90% of people will never see these videos and will just ignore general strategy. So of course it’s justifiable to blame them instead of your driving because even if you get obliterated, you made the best of a situation going a flank alone with team members unable to help because they made a poor decision. You can’t fix casual, because casual players are just normal people, and in this game, that’s the level of stupid.
So true. That's the frustrating part of the game. The matchmaking is horrible and I can't do shit about it. I remember so many matches where I did everything I could, killed 5 tanks and did half of the entire team damage and we still lost. I'm not saying that I'm very good. I'm pretty average or even below average. I don't even play this game very competitive because I use a laptop and a stupid touchpad. But it's still a bad joke that my team is even worse than me and there are often 2 or 3 people with 0 damage who weren't even afk.

TD=big gun sniper
Medium=slow sniper
Light=fast sniper :)

Exactly, it's super important to know what the enemy tank across from you can and can't do.
Agree. I often add players who are exceptionally good and try to remember their names. So if I encounter them at the battlefield as an enemy, I try to remember their quirks.

For real...and a 30m explosion radius. i doubt they would add it ever, people complained about the 183's high alpha enough they nerfed it's other attributes to dismal levels...the mortar on the sturmtiger is twice as big and would have twice the alpha and even with a 60 second reload people would rage quit.
M4 Sherman calliope...multiple launch rockets(maybe 24 shots?) on roof that take a minute or 2 to reload, have terrible dispersion, but can lay a devastating blanket of 300 alpha HE per rocket over a wide area for several seconds(remember most HE hits will only get splash damage or not fully penetrate and do maybe 30-80 dmg, it wouldn't work well against soviet heavies). It's other unique weakness would be that it's super easy to ammo rack however, and it only has HE(no ap or premium rounds) and would be oh idk...maybe tier 6 or 7?
so, yesterday, i was in an amx 50 b and spotted 3 tds at THEIR base and was dealing good damage. one mt from our team yolo'd and died and that guy called me a nub because i spotted the targets and that he died. Just another day at blitz.
great vid. keep 'em coming. this community needs, NEEDS, these kinds of videos more than the ones dealing 8k damage and getting mastery badges. those games are only fun to watch, people dont seem to "learn" from those videos. however, i dont mean those videos are useless, its great, but we all know how people play this game. need more educational videos.

What did the guys at WG have in mind with the STA-1 and Type 61? "Hey guys, we need a couple of tanks that aren't good at anything. Something that other tanks can take a shit on. Let's see what we can come up with?"
Well,when you drive these tanks,be a ,,piece of shit''. These tanks are good for annoying the hell out of the enemy. Sta has like 6 secs reload,so it is really anoying,when it hits you shot after shot. And you can circle of death with your excellent traverse numbers and decent speed. For the Type,weeeeeell...I haven't got it yet. I am at tier VIII in the japanese tree.

@@T_PLAYER The stock grind is painful specially if you get uptier'd to tier 10 because just 1 decently placed shot from a 183 takes off like 70% of your entire hp and obj. 140 just shits on you because of their dpm and troll armor
What was the verdict on the panther 2? It’s kind of the low end in performance, accuracy and armour. But it does fine on paper. Hard to find a big enough rock sometimes
Too right - they're practically HESH target practice for a Cent 7/1 ; and I used to think that tank was bad - well it kinda is in terms of DPM, speed and soft ass hull.
Hey! The tog isn't as bad as people say, amazing dpm for its teir and good hp. 1v1 it dominates, but it's the speed that kills you
Agreed, 1v1 most Heavies in it's tier, it will win 70% of the time cuz of that huge hp pool and quick gun. Everytime I see one, I make sure to make it crystal clear to my team that that tank dies first unless it's a useless player..
That’s what some people just don’t understand about certain tanks. For instance T54 ltwt and Ru-251 r both lights but their play styles r very very different. For one the Ru has crap armor compared to the ltwt but has better pen and dpm on its gun. Not to mention the Ru has HEP shells that puts it at the top of lights at tier 8 after the m41 90 of course. But t54 ltwt can bounce shots fairly easy in hull down positions. The diversity of play styles in this game is what keeps it fresh and I can’t wait for Swedish heavies and tds to spice it up

T49 is all about RNG like not even joking i was fully aimed at a non moving tier 7 with 500 hp and i shot him and it hit his tracks

Because you was shooting Heats..no?! It's high calibrated shells with High explosives on it..so..when it get tracks..you will track enemies..but with no damage
that is why the back of the tank is the way to go on a T49. Also, in my experience, aim a bit higher than the tracks when you have a side shot. The dispersion is so bad it might hit the tracks anyways but... helps your chances
Happens to me all the time in TDs. They expose their side in a perfect 90 degree angle and the game is like nah fuck you

I'm having a bit of a bitch at the moment in the glorious UK. On Friday I decided to play medium tanks. I'm in a line up of 3 mediums, so of we go for the kill.start taking shots at the reds. I turn around to look what my teams doing. Ones in the bushes the other one fked off. Then comes along a red heavy .by then I'm committed. I feel going to the medium side is very risky and off putting. Do you have any pointers/suggestions.
You talked about how majority of tanks are bad not because of actual tank, but the driver, would there be any tanks you would say are actually bad tanks overall?

I can agree that all tier 10s and most tanks in the game are the players fault if they fail at it. But I know that some tanks are just flat out bad, the AC-46 is the main one I'm thinking of. If Wargaming really looks at players stats for buffs and nerfs, there are quite a few tanks that most people do horrible in.

Streamlining tank trees, costing the existence of several good tanks in exchange for new players to have a chance to get tier X tanks without ever learning the tactics Bushka emphasizes. WG catering to the public and not to the dedicated player base that it’s supposed to make money from. Once again making a choice that doesn’t even help them but in the end it loses relevance.

Worse guns than your counterparts pen wise, accuracy wise and dpm wise, because, Russia...
Don't take hits, so make sure you have cover in close proximity to the enemies and make sure you have really good target tracking knowing when what has fired so you can poke successfully if need be. Don't try frontline / 1 v 1 other similar tier mediums because they can pen every shot and you have to hit a small lower glacis weakspot, because, Russia...
But yeah, make sure you're proactive with these tanks or you won't do any damage at all, and you'll have to be relatively close since your pen isn't great and your accuracy is meh. Let everyone else take hits and shoot targets who are focused on other tanks. So you're a second line support vehicle, however if there is a game where you have the opportunity to push an entire flank uninterrupted, go ahead since the mobility isn't too bad and the STB's mobility is really good.
@@mrloominati3097 I don't play it myself, but I've killed a lot to make some recommendations about it, USE THE TERRAIN, (armorwise you're as fragile as tissue and most other tanks will pen you) avoid direct brawling, try to learn peek-a-boom and use that gun depression

I drive a T56 and I hated it. I found it slow on all levels. But I had to look in the mirror and ask my self why. It was me, not the tank.😊. So I put it in a position that it was comfortable with and I'm doing a lot better. But speed is its down full for me.

Ok Bushka it has been awhile since we've seen a 263 in one of your videos. I suppose we can allow one or two per month without any issues LoL.You are absolutely right about its not the tank its the driver 99% of the time. The biggest problem with blitz is that 60% to 70% of players that play DO NOT CARE to get any better. Was there music in the background? Could be part of the problem too. To many listening to the music and not your message.
Ahoy Bushka, you are prophesying the truth mate. But the real problem with decent players is matchmaking, which means that even if you are good 5 or even 6 greens on your team with 40% WR will get u f..ed. My major issue with blitz is to somehow adjust so for example in match 50-55% WR goes into one tier, tank, type, match.. 55-60%.. 60-65%.. something along these lines. Because Ive been playing it for 3 year and as soon as my premium account expires I wont be buying it any more, I wont pay a penny in any premium tank I got them a loot.. and I reduced playing the game significantly. Most of my clan did and is planning to do that. I know wargaming doesnt give a f.. about our concerns these money hungry corporation.. but they will very soon see the results on their revenue. GJ mate, keep it up!

The common thing in every game you play is you, you lose cause u failed to carry also there is a reason why there are 70% players they aren't lucky or platooning 99% of the time.

When I buy a new tank,I watch gameplays of that tank. When I first got the Chi-Ri,everyone in my clan said,I'm gonna suffer,every youtuber said,be as far as possible from the combat (and snipe). Then I started playing it,and the correct playstyle is so much different then in the videos.
In tier VI you kill everyone. In tier VII,you kill everyone. In tier VIII go against the mediums,but don't do it alone,and kill everyone.
Honestly,I think the Chi-Ri is almost broken. Many people just don't realize,it has shit armour for a reason. Let's see what the Chi-Ri has,and lacks
Chi-Ri has: An absolutely broken gun, Good traverse numbers, Decent speed, Excellent gun depression, Huge size, Good health pool
Chi-Ri lacks: Armour.
When I first got the autoloader,it was hell for my enemies. I out-traded everyone at tier VI and VII. I could work around its strenghts and be succesful. And that's why I am a ,,good'' player.
I think we are playing different games. Chi-ri is absolutely worse than average, the only good advantage is the gun. If you say chi-ri is broken then there is no weak tank in the game.
also, Chi-Ri has the worse p/w ratio , max speed and traverse among tier 7 meds, take a look at websites like blitzhanger before you post comment like this next time
@@peterhe2872 I played a shit ton of games in the Chi-Ri. It is normal for me to get over 3000 dmg. I say this from MY EXPERIENCE. Once I got 4 masteries on the same day. If you want a mastery with the Chi-Ri,you just do my average damage in a winning game (around 2100) and get the mastery. So many people think,the Chi-Ri is shit,because its drawbacks. (Every tank has drawbacks) . The Chi-Ri has these average/decent/sometimes bad stats for a reason you know. If it was faster and had like 50° ( hull and turret) traverse,it would be absolutely metabraking.
If you say the Chi-Ri is bad,that's your problem. I played it a lot and I'm just sharing MY EXPERIENCE.
@@T_PLAYER Your experience can say nothing, but the stats and parameter do. The fact is neither wr nor parameter of chi-ri are not good, in another word, the tank is bad. Yes, every tank has its drawbacks, but what you mentioned are not real( like traverse and mobility, check it on blitzhanger if you don't believe), the truth is Chi-Ri has so many weak points that made the tank can't complete with other tier 7 meds. Also, I am not the only one who says chi-ri is bad, a lot of people do, it's just the common sense about the tank.
@@peterhe2872 The mobility is the worst of the mediums,but still decent. You can't say 40° traverse on hull aswell on the turret is bad. Yes,it's the worst of meds,but still very usable. Like 80% of the players don't have a playstyle close to playing the chiri,and thats why people concider the chiri is bad.It is very hard to play the chiri,but if you get it right,it is very very good.

What I want to say is I can never play tier 1 to 2 now in Asia server. I play them not because I am seal clubbing, but it's because I want to start new lines.... And I can never do that even if I wait for about 7 mins. And my stock chi ha or sth (tier 3) met tier 4 on the first game.... I had no apcr... I had stock gun, engine etc... Help :/

RU 251, is a great tank. If at first you are outnumbered by the opponent meds and lights do not go to the "usual" MT flank. Go with the heavies, spot the enemy HTS and even TDs if u are adventurous like that and then fight the mt lts. Keep moving. stop for shots, relocate. watch minimap and COD any stray tank lingering at the back. Do NOT brawl.

I disagree with you Bushka in regards with it’s all about you and how you play your tank. What about the tier “whatever # you want to put”games where one team has 4 or 5 zeros on their team. it’s been happening a lot here lately. in fact I have started to save every game that has multiple zeros in the game if it’s on my side or on the other team. By the way I have more then 100 games that feature this. This has gone through the roof in the last month or so after the update to push “New Players” (not nooobs we can’t use that word) up the tiers faster and regardless if it’s your team that gets all the “new players” or the other team. it makes for piss poor games. When you look up and in the first minute 4 tanks are dead and you told them don’t go that way and they tell you to stfu and then go that way and do no damage and you look at their stats and you can see that they haven’t played that many games. what do you suppose we as the player base do about that. So that’s why I’m mad at WOTB just blitz the other version has a story mode that can teach “new players” how to play their wot game ( why the hell Wotb doesn’t baffles me laziness maybe) but blitz does basically nothing and tries to hurry them up the tiers as they believe this will make them stick around. I don’t know about you but if I played a game and I was getting deleted every few minutes I don’t think I could invest much more time in such game.

Be sure that someone's there to support you, if an enemy flanks you, then you are good as dead. Do not try to run from fights, it's got a good damage number. Use the mobility, don't stick to a position if u are not getting a shot.
Use that good alpha and snipe push up when necessary

Bushka, you know damn well WG has enough to blame for these tanks. The Tier 6 American tanks suck ass. How can you say it's the driver when some of these tanks have basically been power creeped to all hell? I give my best to earn my 56% win rate in 10k battles and I know when I make an error and screw up. But I know that some of these tanks are the most horrendous pieces of garbage, especially when WG keeps loading the game up with prems that imbalance the game.
