We did a galley tour on our transatlantic cruise. It was so informative! I think anyone who complains about the food, service, or orders special requests in the dining rooms should be required to do a galley tour!! Our tour seemed to be much more extensive, longer than half hour! It is amazing how they are able to feed thousands of meals several times a day in such small quarters and still manage to plate everything so beautifully.
The Karaoke reminds me of Carnival’s Superstar Live Karaoke back in the day. We might want to try Celebrity since that was one of favorite cruise activities.

i agree complainers should have logical consequnces...a tour is a good idea for a first time complaint. second time complaint should be DO THE JOB 🤣😂🤣
