Only a few years ago you were in awe of Cameron Champ's speed and now you're right within a mile or two of his clubhead speed and ball speed.
Honestly, I wished I have that kind of gain you have, I still stuck in high 110s with playing driver.
Amazing stuff. Would love to see a lesson video on how you got your clubhead speed to 130mph. It was amazing to see you hit 340 yard drives a couple years ago and now you're hitting 370 yards. Fantastic!!!!

adding club head speed didn’t negatively impact dispersion in the same way previous models have. love the 3 way weight port flexibility with the LS head, can’t wait until the video to find your gamer this year bc I think my money is on DARKSPEED.

You know I don’t see anyone else on here this year cranking out this kind of distance and performance. This is a joy to see as in the old days when you were on the other Canada-based website cranking stuff over 340. This performance is unbelievable, and although I’m not a fan of everything being black I guess some custom artwork by professionals can be done like the pros do to make at least the cobra logo at the top visible and a few other decorations possibly. But what awesome performance! I just came across your channel and found you again this is going to be great… Thank you for having a channel.
Really like the look of the new Darkspeed LS. Looks very stealthy 😂. Time to pair it with the AutoFlex and get 200 ball speed and 350-360 carry. Let’s go!
I love this channel. I swing fast and it’s great to see information and test from someone that can swing these speeds.
This and the Smoke are the two I'm looking fwd to this year. Will be interesting to see how they stack up to G430 and TSR.

The thing I need in any reviews is consistency, I need to know if one out performs another. I've been watching you for years, your a machine. I'm not you but that's not important if you hit the Ping G430 and it goes a certain distance consistently and in a different test you hit the Cobra Darkspeed, I can compare results. that's important to me when I'm looking for a club to test. I hope, for Cobras sake, Darkspeed does well. Aerojet was a sales stinker, although actually a decent driver - deserved to be in a few more players hands.
Agree on LS head shape - was immediately obvious, first time I picked it up, how different it was.
Awesome review Matt. When the F9 came out I bought it and loved it but it wasn’t very forgiving. This is a whole new beast. After getting custom fit last year for TSR3 I just can’t take a leap on a new driver. Nevertheless an awesome looking driver, if I was in the market for a new one, this would definitely be high on the list.

I have been playing the matte black version of Cobra Speedzone. I was sold on your testing with TXG. Such a good looking driver IMO but too spinny. Dark Speed may be in my future! Looks so awesome

Matt, I've been following you since day one (prior channel) and have seen a vast change in your left to right flight. Is that a result of your swing path or perhaps strike/equipment advancements? Either way, you're killing the ball speed numbers with what appears to be little effort. Really enjoying your take on the products and your teaching content. All my best for 2024 and beyond!
equipment is getting a touch better every year, but my swing has improved a lot
I have watched all the reviews today and I simply do not understand how PF finds this same driver as less than competition. Great review on both heads, love their product, so a bit of a fanboy. It simply works as well or better than all the other brands.

tested all big boys driver but this one is the best. it really comes in package.. beautiful, straight and far.. LS is my choice..
340 carry? You have buttery speed my man. You don't appear to be jumping out of your shoes to produce that. I'd kill to have your swing.

Dang I want that extra weight available in the front in the X version. I just nought a demo Aerojet and that weight in the back really puts the ball in the air a tad much for me. Was going to buy a lighter weight in the back then some lead tape bottom front to bring spin down. That driver looks awesome and that weight structure option is music to my eyes! :)

This may be the one to replace my tsr 3 . After watching your reviews on the all the new drivers the Cobra seems to come out on top. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on sound and feel on the Cobra. I used to play the ltdx and the performance of the Aerojet was really good but I didn't care for the feel of the Aerojet.

I saw 1.48, 1.49 and 1.50 on my foresight this morning.
Saying 1.45, 1.46 is the max is a fallacy.
One dot in the center of the face will give you your correct club speed. Having dots near the toe will artificially raise your club speed, and therefore lowering your smash factor. If you have the dot near the heel, it’ll show a slower swing speed and show a smash factor OVER 1.5 on efficient hits.
It is a typical set up for face impact readings that you have three dots on the toe, so it’s likely that your swing speed is slower that what foresight is reading and you’re closer to a 1.5 efficiency.
Try the one dot set up and see what your true swing speed and efficiency are.
Yes I’m aware of that, but I need all the dots so I can see the strike and other metrics.

Matt, your swing is looking so good. I'd be curious to see how a club like that LS (which manages spin so well) does for you with maybe another degree of loft. Your longest drives all seem to be when the launch is up around 11* or so. Or maybe the next height of tee? Keep it up!

Hey Mat, Im always a fan of the work you put out. Are you actively trying to lower the flight? Id be curious to see what a 13-14 degree launch would look like with those numbers.
As I've been working on my swing I've been getting a little bit less inside out and upwards so my launch angle has come down a bit.
@@GolfLiberty Cam Champ did something similar. He knocked down the ball flight and kept the speed at 190

quality as usual. The only downside I have with cobra drivers is they keep releasing limited versions of the same head throughout the year. The all gold version, usa version, etc. I buy one and instantly i am like..... oh man, that one looks pretty kewl. #buyersremorse

Was out on the range hitting balls a couple weeks ago fowler was hitting balls beside me. he had about 10 of these heads laying on the range. He was hitting them pretty solid

Love the purity of the content Matt! just a slight quality of life enhancement I think that would help viewing, the background sound can be a tad distracting. Maybe some slight instrumental, or have your editor/yourself (idk what you do from an editing perspective) Quiet, breathing/echo. Keep up the good work!

hi matt. loving the videos. I'm not sure if you're aware of this, but there seems to be a good bit of echo coming from the concrete room, which personally I find a little distracting.
