i think thatcheesybastard mentioned that if a character stat has a faint outline it means that that stat fluctuates with that character, for example with morty. his temper stat has a faint outline, referring to the fact that while morty is usually levelheaded he can have intense spikes of rage and anger

@@just_elijah8474 True. Star's species with that of humans on Earth seem more or less identical to one another. So, there wouldn't be any point in Dib telling anyone that Star's an alien life form, especially since Star herself isn't one to sugarcoat about her being from another dimension.
Zim on the other hand, well not only does he look different, but his attempts at blending in or trying to be like a human is pretty poor. All it does is make him look weird or awkward in front of everyone, if not suspicious.

I don't think Monokuma counts in this because he doesn't have a screen. I could consider this stat spread for him, though:
Intelligence: Higher than middle (average) but not full, though may be secretly higher (Since he's the headmaster, he'd know what goes on at all times through the school)
Strength: Middle
Empathy: Empty (Monokuma is usually a tool of the Ultimate Despair, so he'd share their lack of empathy)
Temper: Higher than average but not full (He gets mad pretty easily when something doesn't go his way)
Cartoonish: High, but not full (He shows up out of seemingly nowhere, has a seemingly endless number of himself, and not to mention the punishments that he seems to have set up beforehand)
The Makin' Fiends characters just give me so much nostalgia...

I'm predicting Charlotte's either going to be the first victim or a chapter 3 victim she is kind of a joke character although it would be surprising if she turns out to be a killer and doesn't realize she killed someone

Honestly, the characters that I could see being the mastermind are Cartman or Eddy. They both can be devious at times. Though Cartman is smarter than Eddy.
And Eddy isn’t necessarily evil...greedy yeah but I don’t think he would make a killing game though.
I love how everyone is either really smart or really dumb. There is no in-between except for Morty and Jenny.

Whenever I think of the abbreviated name, CIDR, I think "cider". Cider is an orange-colored drink. The Nickelodeon splash logo is the same color as cider, as is the blood in this adaptation. This is a good way of remembering the name of this project. Just think of cider, people!

That Powerpuff Girls theme just slapped me with 50 tons of nostalgia
Harsher if you have read the fanfic Cartoon Cartoonronpa. That fic had various characters from Cartoon Network shows. Blossom, Bubbles, and eddy were in that one. The reason I say harsher is because in that one blossom and bubbles ended up being the first two culprits while eddy was the victim of the third trial. His killer was Robin from teen titans go. Also the protagonist in that fic was Courage

Chapter 1 still isn't out yet, so now is the time for predictions!

Trial one will have Blossom killed and Eddy as the Culprit, who was trying to throw Edd under the bus.
Trial two will be a suicide case with Bubbles dead and Vandetta being the suspect after the locked room puzzle of Bubble's death would either be suicide or a fiend's work.
Trial three will be the double murder case with both Gaz and Dib being killed by Mabel, which was an act of self defense.
Trial four will have Eric killed (Danganronpa Big Guy/Girl syndrome) with the killer being XJ9 (Jenny) framing it on Kyle due to his hatred of Eric.
Trial five will be the death of Charlotte, killed by Zim in search of the mastermind. but since she is dead, the traitor is controlling Monokuma, this being Star who had been tricked into it after thinking it would be fun. Zim would be executed.
Trial six is the average "explain everything trial" with Star admitting to everything and sending herself through an execution to let the others out.
Survivors:
Dipper who has no idea what is on the other side after losing his twin
Kyle who is happy, yet sad to lose his biggest frenemy, he never truly forgave XJ9
Vandetta who had no idea the kind girl she hated was actually the psychotic person running the game.
Edd who has been sad ever since the death of his friend, even though his friend tried to throw him under the bus
and Morty who is surprised he got past the first trial.
How do i predict this? i got no idea lmao, i am just spitballing

I’m curious about if the mastermind is actually a student. To me it feels like it’s too good a possibility to have another cartoon character, specifically a villain from an already represented series
I want to say that Zim is somehow in cahoots with the mastermind. Him being the only world-threatening villain in this cast. Cartman is evil, but he's not "I want to destroy the world" evil(I THINK?????). Eddy's also a jerk at times, but he's got a soft spot for his other Ed-boys. Thus, Zim is the only person in the cast with any sort of tie-in or connection to whoever the mastermind is. Unless a whammy is pulled on us.
@@Jabber83199 I think if there is a collaboration between a student and the mastermind, It’s definitely Rick and Morty but if a student is mastermind, Cartman is easily my go to
@@MrPineapple-ys9jm that.......actually makes sense. Rick is controlling a robot Morty from behind the scenes. It wouldn't be out of character for him to do something like that. And, while Cartman as the mastermind is also a funny possibility, I feel like Kyle would probably be the Kyoko in this case. He knows Cartman more than others at least when it comes to personality, so Cartman may try to get Kyle axed off early or silently so as not to draw attention to himself.

Love all the little details you put into the intro cards! Hearing the theme songs I recognise in the background is a blast, I can hear Zim cackling every time an Invader Zim character is introduced XD (Also that Making Fiends theme? Absolute bop that is CATCHY.)
What exactly does the faint part of a meter indicate when it comes up? Like with Cartman and Zim is it meant to imply they're incredibly smart in certain situations but not so much in others?
It means the stat for them fluctuates most of the time

take all the time you need for this and also a little writing tip: try to know what the end will be like and the core steps along the way knowing your next goal can help you divide things into sections witch can help space things apart. and for the danganronpa aspect you gotta make sure the audience is in mystery to by that I mean give us some clues to the killer but don't make it obvious until the trial do that and your mystery is already better than chapter 1 of the first game.

My theories on the frames at 6:59
Frame 1: Looks like some type of ghost or mask. I dont know exactly what it is, but I see some kind of pale/white face with two big eyes and a smile. Does this look like a cartoon character you know?
Frame 2: Looks like a Picture of a white horse or unicorn. It might be a MLP character but i haven't watched MLP for a loooong time so i can't tell.
Last frame?: Im not sure if its the last frame but i see prof. Membrane in it standing in front of a door. It might also be a picture.
I've read a comment saying there was another frame of some kind of bridge but i just don't see it. Tell me what you think of theese frames. (By the way, You have to set your device at the slowest speed and pause at the right time to see them. Its blink or you miss it.)

I think it's because all of the others have different talents that relate to somthing else with them so he got that talent because of it.

This concept is priceless!
The only flaw I see is that a lot of characters might play the same role in the story:
- There are 6 same show pairs in this series
- XJ-9, Morty, Star Butterfly & Zim (kind of) are the only independent characters here
- Blossom & XJ-9 stat-wise are overpowered as hell
- Kyle, Charlotte & Eddy seem to be the 3 weakest characters (stat-wise)
- Dib & Dipper appear to be the most observant characters
- Morty, Zim & Eddy all have snappy tempers (Eric kinda does too but it comes off differently)
- Gaz & Vendetta are the savage remorseless chicks
- Bubbles & Charlotte are so sweet that just standing next to them will cause tooth decay
- Bubbles & Vendetta’s ultimates totally compliment one other
- Ed & Charlotte are absolute morons
- Kyle & Morty are the 2 down to earth characters (Dipper too but he’s the designated protagonist)
- Ed & Eric are chowhounds
- Eric & Zim are just plain nuts (one or both of them will be an absolute pain in the neck)
- Mabel & Star Butterfly also have similar characteristics (especially since Star isn’t overpowered here without her wand & scissors)
It would be cool seeing Kenny as the mastermind because they would know how it feels to die
