● Story ●
Rameses B (or Booth) is one of the latest surprises in liquid Drum & Bass music of this year. His tracks have been appearing all over TH-cam and SoundCloud recently and they all have the same touch of being incredibly melodic and cinematic in their sound. No wonder, he's a self-taught pianist and has a qualifaction in Music Technology and a degree in Creative Music & Sound Technology. Rameses B's music is now available on several record labels and his featured release is the brilliant "Pegasus" now available on iTunes.

Not my type of D&D, still a solid mix from what I've heard so far. It's all a bit too happy for me
Why is everyone good spinning Trap?? and everyone new sounds like Netsky? Squishy stuff has it place, but this is boring and repetitive.. I am going to slit my wrists. SOMEBODY PLEASE MAKE SOME GOOD DNB!!!!!!
Gotta say it. This mix doesn't really highlight the brilliant music of Rameses B at all. I have to agree with you and say that this mix sounds sloppy and can easily have someone think of the genre as being similar to hardstyle. That could though not be farther from the truth. If you wanna give the Melodic world another go, try artists like Blackmill, Jacoo, Koda, Electus, CMA Music, 4lienetic and Ennja. There's also Emancipator, Ghosts of Paraguay, Hammock, Low Roar, Sizzlebird, Skies Untamed, Nyanara, Giyo, Phaeleh and many more. Channels like Fluidified, Mr Suicide Sheep and Arctic Empire are great channels that promote the melodic genres. Some of my favorite artists are Blackmill, Jacoo, Koda, Electus, 4lienetic, Ghosts of Paraguay, Emancipator, Low Roar, Hammock and Message to Bears. So if you wanna check out the melodic world more properly, I suggest looking up those artists and a brilliant mix to start with, would be "First Snow" by Fluidified.

There is so much talent out there. Very nice sound. I got some beats too. Check em out. They are un-mastered and very raw but I am working on that.
Most of the tracks are liquid dnb, therefore you can expect something you call "boring". And for repetitive part, that's mainly what most dnb is made of ? The bassline stays almost the same in every single dnb track, for the most parts anyway. If you want something more exciting, go listen to ke$ha or something -.-
I will download this mix to my new mp3 player, gonna go outside soon ,the clock is 22:32, and when I do go out I will enjoy the snowy weather while this on the background and high as fuck

kinda similar to hardcore in the fact its sort of euphoric and has melodies apart from the drums and speed are way different.
most of this sounds kinda like happy hardcore put to a DnB beat....a little poppy for me generally, but still pretty cool
Actually, Rameses started with hardcore. And his Drum and bass is very, very hardcore influenced.

Rameses B is such a unique talent! You can expect Rameses B - Sosltice out on Nu Venture Records early 2013. Possibly with the addition of some vocals!
Rameses B will be one of the biggest Producers of this year. He literally combines the best elements of Dance music with the unbelieveable Genre of Drum & Bass. Unreal.

Let's say what I heard of this mix reminded me of the simple structure and cheap ass female vocals of Harstyle.
But I guess every genre has such a commercial part.
Maybe you like it, and that's good! Have your own taste of music.
I still prefer some original ideas and not the UKF Charts or such.

This reply is pretty late, but a lot of melodic music uses Carl Sagan speeches, as well as other philosophical speeches. It's part of the entire point of the melodic genres (Rameses started in Lqd DnB). Charlie Chaplins speech of Freedom has also been used in Melodic music. Both by Jacoo and Electus

it's good music, and his own production is pretty high-caliber ...it's just that when i look for a DNB mix i'm usually for something heavier
