Hands down best DE razor I've ever used. I have sensitive skin and this razor gives me extreme confidence everytime I use it. Raw has something special in my opinion. Awesome stuff
That is American know how at it's best, this razor is designed for folks who have large budgets or retirement gifts..... and it just don't get much better for all the latest greatest gadgets and quality to the extreme. Very nice, very nice.
I imagine someone could 3D print plastic 'underplates' for specific safety razor base plates to amplify any shaving activity, much like these proprietary plastic lubrication plates, though the base plate for the RS-18 probably doesn't have as much material as your normal base plate (so the plastic lubrication plate will fit in), which might help with the audio effect.
That’s my think as well. I want to get one. But the need to replace the strips keeps me from pulling the trigger. Makes me want to go with their RS-10 instead.
I'd like to know what happens when they need to be replaced. Does it feel like a normal de razor or does it get tacky or something. Let us know when you find out please

I would be hesitant that if they go out of business there goes the lubricating strips.

Is it a good head shaving razor?
I want this razor, but I'm fairly confident I will never shave with one. I struggled to buy my Timeless Bronze and it was $120
