The Hovr Phantom is one of the first sneakers to utilize this foam and energy web set up. How does it compare to Adidas Boost and Nike React? Find out in the review!

They also feel better for me when I work out, because of the added support.
I’ve also loved Under Armour, just not their shoes, but this one is a major hit for me
Can I use these to weight train?
The ultra boost originally started as a performance sneaker and evolved into a lifestyle. The epic react and hovr phantom will do the same and then we'll see which is the best.
I think that they look great with black jeans in winter time. The marble looking midsole and red details together with snow is just amazing. Looks a little bit like the Ultra Boost ATR.
You and sean go are by far the best shoe reviewers on youtube. Its legit not even close.

I had a pair of UltraBoost.The cushioning on the UltraBoost is very bouncy. I don't particularly like that factor. With the HOVR, the cushioning is a bit more responsive but not as soft as the UltraBoost cushioning.I like HOVR a little bit better. The comparison between those two stands a lot in your running preferences.
What is more durable and it is true the boist kinda loost in comfort if is already old just hear it from another review

Do a running performance review against the React, but use the Hovr Sonic, which is the performance version of this shoe. I tried it on in the store and was surprised at the responsiveness of the Hovr...I’m just not a fan of UA’s aesthetics.
Late to the party, but recently I bought the 2018 model year Hovr Sonic and adidas Solar Boost, comparable running shoes, from Ross and Marshalls discount stores, for around $30 each. After running in both pairs for at least a week each, I'm really impressed with the Under Armour Hovr sole, compared with the Boost in the Solar Boost and Adizero Prime Boost shoes. TBH, until a week ago I didn't even know Under Armour made shoes and they weren't on my radar -- I've always been an adidas fan because they fit my narrow feet and are comfortable. Now I'll definitely consider getting another pair of Under Armour shoes with Hovr, although I'm not dissatisfied with adidas. I'd rotate them for different types of workouts.
The Boost shoes feel superficially comfy and fine for walking, but squishy and imprecise on moderate effort runs of 2-7 miles. Shifting direction to avoid debris, or a short hop over a pothole or curb, demands a bit more concentration. The Hovr feels like it wants to go for a run. Just walking around warming up it immediately feels like go time. Cutting laterally to avoid debris or hopping a curb feels completely natural with the Hovr Sonic shoes.
The Hovr outsole (Michelin, I think) feels both smoother on pavement and grippier on grass than the Continental outsoles on the two Boost shoes. There's a small advantage to the Hovr in my recent runs, but that could be attributed to conditioning and recovery from recent injuries -- I only resumed running a couple of months ago while recovering from cycling crash injuries to the upper body.
Under Armour really needs to work on a higher market profile for their Hovr shoes.

I got some half a size bigger and got my Hubby a full size bigger then our typical size. Awesome shoe. Definitely recommend you try a bigger size if you have wide feet to get into the sock opening easier 👌🏽

They don't really allow for a lot of toe bend. Been trying to break mine in for over 2 months. The sock like thing that goes around your ankle is pretty tight as well so you can't wear socks. The funny thing is that I don't even have fat ankles.
Do they get hot inside? How about overall step comfort and shock absorption? These have my attention but the sock thing making me think twice.
I have never before worn shoes without socks so that is kinda tough to answer, but in a way maybe a little. I haven't been able to wear them for more than a half an hour in a given time frame due to the stiff toe part. The absorption isn't the greatest, but they are pretty comfortable when standing, it's when you start to walk that the problems begin to shine. In all honesty I would have returned them, but I like the look of the shoes so much that I am trying work with them. The sock thing is fine so as long as you don't wear any socks. If you can try them on in store that would be the best, but finding a store that has them won't be easy, so you'll have to order them online. I normally wear a size 11, but I had to get these in a size 12. Luckily the exchanges for different sizes are easy, they just take a while to process.

Good video, I’m going to purchase a pair of these! The only thing, is I wish you would’ve raised your pant leg up just a little so it would show where the shoe came up in relation to your ankle ; it was too hard to tell with your black pants. But overall good video, and I’m anxious to get a pair!!

I really think that the cushion feels just as good as ultra boost, people say it's not but it really feels like it is. They both feel very nice.
