You don't know what you are talking about. DRC has 450 tribes, can you tell me which tribe dominate over the others like in Rwanda it's obvious that Tutsis are leading the country. In DRC to form a government we must make sure about representation of every linguistic groups, the process takes long but we ensure that every one is represented. The parliament in DRC is a mosaic with minitious representation of every single Territories. Don't talk what you don't know or understand. Kagame can't give lessons to no leader in the world, he is the one who unashamedly gets paid to receive unwanted migrants from UK and rejects his own countrymen that he calls names and kills through secret services. We have seen cases in South Africa, Zambia, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, UK and Canada. He is that leader who boast to have used Laurent Kabila and killed him when he did no longer needed him. He is the same who boast of being the middle man for the reselling DRC stolen minerals to The UK, the USA, UAE, EU and multinationals. He is the same who organises elections but expect no opposition.
