My new bike came with the new pike select+ with hsc & lsc, g2 rs’s, Raceface rims laced to factor hubs, gx drive, & 3c maxxis tires: all for $4,000 msrp. A bomber aluminum frame supplied from devinci, priced fairly. My bike is just not entry level by any means- which means, since this Norco has entry level everything, it’s just massively overpriced.
Hot dam. I built a cheap enduro bike with 180/166 of travel with a lyrik, dropper post, deore xt clutched derailleur, 4 pot brakes for way cheaper than that. Currently spent 1400$ on it in its current setup. It also weighs 33.4lb. Final setup will cost right under 1600$ and will weigh in the 32lb range with coil, or 31 with air shock
Same here! Got my YT Capra second hand about a year ago for 1800. The bike came with hope E4s, float x2 damper and Fox 36 forks. I fitted a sram xo1 derailleur that I got as a bargain when the original one broke, but all in all my bike was half the price of this. 4 grand is crazy for anyone who is not a professional downhill mountain biker. I’d say people like you and me definitely have the better deal here.
Not to mention adding your own aftermarket parts is more fun (and cheaper) than buying a 4-5 grand brand new enduro bike. (Although I usually have to get someone else to do my brakes I never realised how difficult hope brakes are to work on compared to Shimano brakes 😂😂)
My new bike costed 2800, came with full xt build, carbon frame, 200mm dropper, lifetime warrranty, and DT swiss mt150 wheels. Absolute robbery on this Norco.
Fo about 2 - 3k USD, with second hand parts you can get a solid enduro, dh bike to ride for years... if you are a beginner and ride regularly at the park or outside, you dont need anything else, you wont be able to utilize it to it's full potential anyway, so why give money for it, for the looks? People are more interested in having things than having fun...
You lost me at "Norco". Ain't no "entry level" bikes with their prices. Entry level means you don't need to tweak rebound. You need a bike that you can just ride with minimal care, if not straight up abuse.
It was worth it until the 4000 part. Not to brag but I’d say I have a bike with better components for half that price. Sure, mine was second hand, sure I’ve had to put some time and money into fixing it. But damn... even as an avid amateur mountain biker I wouldn’t pay 4 grand for that. That’s like the price of a decent cheap car.
$4,000 entry level bicycle.
Nowadays yeah
Buy direct to consumer. Canyon will give you a carbon and better specced bike for a couple hundred more.
glad im not the only one who had that thought lmaoo
You can get a Vitus which is a real entry level bike for less than half the price.
Can build a decent bike from seccond hand parts for much less couldn't imagine forking out 4k for a bike 😮

Are you kidding us 💰4000?
All of our pricing is in $CAD! $4000 CAD is equal to about $2800 USD
4k for that? That’s insane. There are so many better options
All pricing is in $CAD, equivalent to about $2,900 USD
Ummmm yeah not bad i like norco bikecykles
4000 dollars?
Wtf that the worst deal I have ever heard in my lifetime😂😂
4000 for this is a joke
Canyon offers the same at a lower price 😂

Tou f*cking nuts right !? 4k entry lvl bike !? I can have ktm duke 390 2019 for that price 🙈
loll for 4k dollars thats so not worth it u can get a status 160 for 2.5k dollars
You lost me at "Norco".
Ain't no "entry level" bikes with their prices. Entry level means you don't need to tweak rebound. You need a bike that you can just ride with minimal care, if not straight up abuse.
Get a Kona process instead...
When do you guys finally give up and start to weight in Kg as the rest of the entire world?
Man just buy a marin alpine trail 7

4k is gay.
Brexit means norcos rare in uk now
yt capra way better
"Entry level" and "4000$". Get lost.
Norco has never been good price to spec wise
probably the worst value trail bike up to date
not as good as the new merida one sixty
I think you will have this in your shop until it is below $2000 with the way the market is.
Trek Slash 8 is $200 more and is 10x better bike 🤣
radon is way better
4k I can buy better bike dude
Rip off
Bro i can get something very similar for 1500 dollars at decathlon
This is canadian dollars i presume? For 4000, you’re getting into entry level ebike territory
That's not a enduro
The “Enduro” category spans bikes with 150mm to 180mm of suspension travel. The Norco Sight is firmly within that category with 160mm.
It is an all-mountain bike. basically in between a trail and enduro but closer to enduro
Pls notice me I’m such a big fan
Entry level $4,000 ? I'm buying a Harley sportster used and getting laid at the end of my ride.😊
