I believe this is fan made. The Spain voice is somewhat believable, the France voice is good, but the Prussia gives it away the most. Listening to their individual Marukaite Chikyuus and Hattafute Parades and their character songs and comparing them to this shows it. Although these voices are beautiful *^*
