I found you in the comments of the pure hell live recordings!! I don’t consider myself punk, but I do love the culture and ideals connected to it and strongly agree with them. That being said, pure hell is one of my favorite punk bands to listen to. Seeing their songs being covered makes me really happy. Y’all did an amazing job :3
😀Thank YOU so much Zane. I first heard of PURE HELL in 2010 and searched everywhere for anything PURE HELL. I was born and raised in Philly , as Pure Hell was also a Philadelphia band. Fast forward to 2023, I joined a punk cover band and demanded we cover one of Pure Hell's songs. Noise Addiction was our pick and my band closed every show with that song. Unfortunately, we've recently broken up, but we're all still friends. Pure Hell needed to be reintroduced into the Philly punk rock community and I was determined to bring it to our punk rock peers. It ws fun while it lasted and I still play their one and only album, Noise Addiction on CD all the time. Pure Hell is a Philadelphia Rock Institution and will always be revered in m y home.
