They would have to spend £1.5 billion to re-build a new Old Trafford with 80,000 capacity or spend around £750 million to re-develop the Sir Bobby Charlton stand. Old Trafford is showing its age now compared to Emirates, Ethiad, and this stadium.

I have been to a few games now and sat in every stand. The south stand needs to be for the ultra fans. No one sits down in the south. Tottenham need to realize this and use it for their advantage
