As A nexus User since Nexus 5 i really cant tell you much about good camera (they all sucked) my current Moto Nexus 6 makes average fotos but i belong to the minority of people who almost never shot photos, If Apple wouldnt have that dang Itunes it would be much more user friendly

I had the S6 and G4 but both would have hiccups with the software The phone feels refined comparatively with It's straight foreword os and usefulness. This is important for my company. . The size is a real sweet spot for me actually too. Plus, I was getting a bit ocd with constantly customizing my Android hehe. I think I'll stick with this for the foreseeable future.
