Music From The Motion Picture A Steven Spielberg Film Track.9.Where Dreams Are Born Music Composed & Conducted John Williams Performed by Barbara Boney
I watched the last 40 minutes on cable and had to get the movie. I think why this movie touches everyone is because of the unconditional love that David has for his 'mommy". She loved him and couldn't let him be destroyed so she let him go. Her love was unconditional too. What's more is although David is the robot, he seemed more a real son then Henry because Henry's love was conditional.
The ending feels like you are at first happy his goal was met but then when he sleeps forever you get a total empty feeling of loss. A lot of emotions.
I feel u. I just watched the end again on TH-cam. After watching that and hearing this song, I got teary-eyed and that feeling in your throat when ur trying to hold back a cry. An excellent movie with an excellent ending and excellent score
Hasn't been said in a while, but...gorgeous music. Appropriately so, John Williams really captured the childlike essence of David. Also tears, so I might be a bit biased listening to this.
mamma ti voglio bene, mi ricordo quando ero piccolo piccolo. mi ricordo il tuo sorriso, mi ricordo le tue dolci parole, mi ricordo i tuoi occhi che mi guardavano. mamma ti voglio tanto bene, ora e sempre.
Jurassic Park, Star Wars eps I, II, III, Presumed Innocent, War of the Worlds, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, The Terminal, Home Alone 1 and 2, The Witches of Eastwick, and quite a few others had synths, too....
2010!! you havent showed a single movie thats not a CGI masturbation yet!!! movies these days are getting so expensive to make but have absolutely no rewatch value at all (except saw 7)
This is not a film mothers and sons should watch together. Absolutely heart breaking.

Meeee tooo...
we as humans dream of being saved, by our mothers our even our creators(alien beings)
What's so great about Stanley Kubrick's shoes?
whats the name of this soundtrack?
I love this Soundtrack, but I have to say: I liked the Movie up to the Part with the Aliens. But since this Point I hated the Movie.
There's no alien in that movie.
They were robots. I thought the same. Only they survived.
This theme kind of has an ET feel to it. Dosen't it?
