As nice as it is, the use of that granite in the bathroom counters really cheapens it. That is standard builder grade. If you are going to ask for a price like that, make it custom. Especially when you spend the money on bathroom tile. For reference, I used to be a broker, worked new home subs, and my husband did flips. The house is nice, but I wish they would have spent the little extra. Of course, this is my opinion only
East Lake is a neighborhood Eastside Atlanta, located within Dekalb county. It’s a quick commute of roughly 15-20 to get into downtown. If you are familiar with Memorial Dr. heading towards the city you can access the neighborhood from there.
