I only see this kind of house featured from Thailand, Mexico, India, Local Project, Cota Paredes, Design Geometric, Kristen, etc. I'm hopeful to more houses of this caliber in the Philippines, specifically in kind of breath taking environment. Most views kasi nasasayang lang kapag pipitsugin ang architect.

The price is right, the architecture and practical features are on point, and it is really a great location. I would buy this immediately if I was rich! Not too close to the beach, but close enough to go. With a mountain backdrop and modern house, this is perfect. One of the best properties out there. The price can even go higher to be honest, considering how good it is and how elevated it is from other houses.

I like and love the huge industrial made property, looks like the house and lot similar to the house of IRON MAN. So well built although the bamboo covering the huge glass panel divider should be instead replaced with a metal aluminum shutter frame to make it last long and to withstand strong winds during typhoons. The open garrage lay-out is for flash floods if ever there will be. So much can be done in the open greeneries... A perimeter aluminum steel fence is most valuable to surround the entire property. Actually this is an industrial design house.. nakakatakot sa gabi.. baka may mang hold up..very open area design.. dali ka pasukin.. dito sa US ok yan.. pero sa Pinas hindi masyadong safe..para sa mga foreigner..
Super nice property but super gulo also the vlog. It will be great if you can start from the exterior and main entrance of the house to the backyard and not jump from one area to anothet within the structure. All the best!

It's a great property, did not enjoy , actually your presentation lack any preparation. You don't have to state the obvious and we can see basic details of the house. Need to improve your basic knowledge or terminology on items in the house before you start. My wife and I enjoyed watching while muted. "Water tank good source of water?" what else should an in property water tank provide? Good house for seniors because of the clean air, ever considered the steps or is the house ok for seniors who may have problems with stairs and balcony without a railing?.
