This video stands out from the rest of the Filipino realtor channels that I have been watching. I'm subscribed to quite a few of them. The quality of this video is top notch, compared to other channels, with the incredible B-roll footage and editing. Ms. Anika Sy also has extremely vast knowledge of the houses she presents and has fantastic stage presence. The one thing I'd like to point out is to focus on the audio quality of the videos. I believe that it might help if Ms. Anika has a microphone attached to her or some sort of boom arm. She seems fairly quiet compared to the music and the audio only comes out on one side of my headphones. Please continue making these incredible videos. Well done to everyone involved. I'd hope to continue watching all of the videos that you post.

Considering that they already do great videos, I hope they can fix the audio. I only hear audio on my left ear when she speaks. If given a choice, I'd ecen prefer better audio than video. Audio is everything.
This place took me back to where I grew up...In Minnesota (International Falls) literally on the border with Canada...There are many such beautiful homes there, most on the lake(s)...This is such a beauty and for the record, great job from the presenter...Thanks and liked, subscribed, and as you see, commented! 👍😎👍

That 2 beautiful large aluminum framed picture windows in the formal living room means nada.. for its directly situated in front of the parking area. I can just imagine your 2 large SUV's or vans destroying what could have been a picture perfect instagrammable and relaxing nature view windows. Great presentation though...and more power!

It is hard to believe this house is 2 hours from Manila for it looks like my brothers house in Northern Maine, minus the pretty real estate agent. I live in FL but enjoy vacationing in Cebu for it is close to the great beaches of Bohol. However after watching this video, my next visit and will by BGC with an outing to Tagaytay. I just hope the volcano stays quite. Thanks.

And yes there are a lot of forest, lakes, and lobster rolls but also snow during the winter. We will come and see The Woodlands when we come to visit BGC. The presenter doesn't seem like a pro host, but she clearly beats everyone from other channels who have been doing it for years. I'm honestly irritated by how they don't emphasize the finishes, construction materials, layouts, etc but focus on the furniture/decor.. Like what? lol Annika and team, thank you for setting high standards in a sea of mediocre local real estate channels.
Does the property have maid's quarter? And its own toilet? I tend to skip videos like these, but since the host talks eloquently, I watched the whole thing twice. Great job.

How much did this property sell for? It would help so we can figure out our retirement budget
no space for cabinet and a where wash your clothes, no storage for items you want hide, it is general lack of filippine architects.
