Nice walkthrough. Seems like a fun little fpga system. a cheap alternative to the mister for more dedicated rebuilds of older systems could be a usecase. thanx.
Yea it works really well for some systems and deffo worth a look
This has peaked my interest, it may not be as polished as the Mister but it's just a fraction of the price and if it runs the Specky, MSX and some of the Acorn machines well enough, I'd be happy to pay under 100 euro for it.
It is still being actively developed but the c64 core doesn't look like it is, the reason the bbc core and msx core didn't want to boot is that the beeb.mmc file and msx stuff were not written to the correct part of the sd ( I suspect the beeb.mmc needs to be written as the 1st file ), These are nice units, if you can get the 2mb version I would recommend it
hi just caught your video im interesteed in the Sam Coupe core. Have you tried this one out and if so how did you find it. I saw another video where they appeared to load files from a menu like exsdos on the Spectrum core. I am interested in buting this uno but only if the Sam Coupe core function ok I would appreciate any info you have on it
I havnt had any experience with the Sam coupe core on the uno or mist(er) fpgas as its a machine I was never exposed too, but I will fire it up and see how I get on
thanks
