Fishing a school of goggle eye scad (Halalu) for lunch!

- Fishing a school of bigeye scad also knows as google eye scad for lunch. Fishing for some of the best tasting bait fish as they start to show up in large schools near shore. Let me show you my technique that I use to hook Google Eye Scad from a school! Typical they can be caught from shore all year long in Hawaii. But during the months of August to November they really school up near shore. In Hawaii we refer to the Bigeye Scad or Google eye Scad as Halalu when they are small and Akule once they get bigger.
