Sir, Immediately, First you try to call to Crompton customer care and tell your Bill order id number and date and Product Model and then which online site you have purchased. And then request them that the Castor Wheels of the Air cooler are missing in the package. They may send you the wheels to your address for the amount which is applicable or may be free of cost. Customer care number can be found on the box pack or in the manual book or in the web site. Please try this method.

Optimus 100L wale model mai 5 wheels hai eik bech mai laghta hai..aapko 4 mile ..kya eik wheel missing hai aapka center wala ki 65L model mai 4 he lagte hai wheel.
Or yeh bhi batai ki after 4 months of ur experience with Optimus ..how u feel..how's its Air Throw.. kya yeh humko buy karna chahye ke nahi.

As of now according to my experience the air cooler is working fine & its air throw also good. You can buy it.

Madam, At the bottom of the cooler (Water drainage or outlet section) there is a small rubber knob available. Please check that. Some times if it in loose then water may come out side. It should be properly tightened or fixed. Otherwise water will leak out side.

You can move it to hall or bedroom to use. While using place it near ventilation to get better results.

Sir, Not big Difference between two.
> In 100 Ltr The Air throw distance is up to 50 feet (Approx). Where in 65 ltr The Air throw distance is upto 20 feet (Approx).
>In 100 ltr water tank size is bigger compare to 65 ltr.
> The 100 ltr has little bigger dimension compared to 65 ltr . Hence 100 ltr cooler weight is 18kg (Approx). The 65 ltr cooler weight is 15kg (Approx).
Sir is cooler drain washer plug chaiya
Sir / madam, For water complete drain out there is a plug given at the bottom of the cooler. Remove the plug during cleaning or complete water drain out. You can also purchase an additional plug from hardware shop.
While removing the plug remember to keep your cooler outside of the room.
You can also contact customer care contact number to get any spare part for this cooler.
