From what I've seen in your TCA Tutorial video, GE seems like a great stand to help push a newbie forward into the game purely because of the self-heal mechanic; It's EXTREMELY helpful when you're fighting an obnoxious boss like Bird Guy. Always happy to see the videos!
Ok but tbf even if ur trash at combat to beat bird guy all u gotta do is just run in circles spam movements moves use ranged attacks and go for raw beatdowns
ive been playing the game for about a week after seeing your videos about it and i've been enjoying it! its really refreshing to play a jojo game thats not yba for once .Although im not good at pvp ,fighting bosses with other players and farming my rank has been enjoyable. thank you eclipse for introducing me to the game! Whitesnake plus nearly any spec is like super overpowered, but I believe brick battle is the best combo. You hit one counter, then the g ability to combo extend, plus m1s, sword, and then take the stand for like a free 100 damage plus stand removal, so you can chase down, barrage, and then continue the cycle.
Hey Eclipse, if you even see this comment, it would be nice if you made a combat tutorial for TCA. I know there's a lot of stands, fighting styles, move sets, and combos but it would be nice to at least know what to do and what not to do in combat. I always find Jojo games like these to be confusing because I don't know where to start with improving my skills and combos, so I always end up getting cooked. Thanks. they need to add a little more stun to M1 like yba because you can just uncancelable moves out of M1 since it have 0 stun, you can easly abuse the sunlight yellow overdrive to get out of M1 pressure and it only have 10 sec cd
I’ve been telling my friends that GE is op but they don’t believe me. The combos are crazy Edit: plus it counters vampire freeze cuz the tree moves reflect damage and have a huge hit box, and can be used while in freeze.

Just beat a tw with a stw skin and he ran for 30+ minutes without stopping just because I beat his ass with GE and i couldn't catch him cuz he kept using stand jump and time skip in tandem, i believe stand jump should be cancellable and time skip should not be usable after stand jump because people can use it to run for indefinite amounts of time, and if thats a bad idea they should at least nerf stand jump and time skip cool down to be longer, i nearly lost my patience fighting the dude.

tried TCA recently, and I'm sorry but it really doesn't feel good to play, animations are weird and unexpressive and some stands have sooo many buttons, with no spec items or anything. About the animation like, i haven't played YBA in a while but from what I can remember I could tell very easilly whenever an attack was thrown, but now I'm just being hit by stuff and I can't even tell what hit me, as an example the m2 animations are just so similar to m1's. And WOW original things in this game are really annoying like, a bunch o rainbows that you have to avoid, a plojectile that ragdolls you, block breaks, makes your stand go away AND comes out super fast, this is not necessarily super op but it sure is not fun to play against, anyway good luck with your videos, I hope you can find somethings as sucessfull as YBA someday

@@monkeycrimson6087 Not really. If it had a beatdown, it would be super broken. Balance comes first before making things have stuff like flashy beatdowns. It would just break the stand if it had a beatdown on top of having some of the best moves in the game.
@@ShikiRawr how much do you think the beat down would do due to ge's relatively mediocre to bad desrructive power. The beat down doesn't have to be a 90 damage dealing 20 second long flashy beatdown

also you said that cd vs ge is a 100-0 matchup but ge have a counter-counter play to this, if they barrage you during heal mode the cd cant barrage back

Prob because people are too obsessed with YBA after being lured in to spending hundreds of hours to grind and trade skins to just give it up. His YBA videos get wayyyyyy more views, but it doesn't make sense if people are looking at it from a gameplay perspective. TCA has better balancing, better combat, and more frequent updates so more content in the game. The only real reason I can think of is just that because people think that their skins are THAT important. Grind isn't even a valid excuse since its much, MUCH faster to get from rank 1 lvl 1 to rank 5 lvl 100 in TCA than it is to get from prestige 0 lvl 1 to prestige 3 lvl 50 in YBA.

But, they still start releasing stands that basically turn the game into ABA combat since its just whoever hits who first gets the big dmg combo. Also, he doesn't enjoy YBA at all anymore. He isn't going to play something that he hates and actively makes him dread his job everyday as opposed to being able to play TCA, which is something he enjoys playing and making videos on a lot. He just hoped if Uzu actually saw his complains that Uzu might be willing to listen and make the game better, which never happened.

the one time i fought a ge i just cheesed him by using heal mode on his tree to heal myself
