I didn’t watch this video before because I was scared, but now that he has healed and is absolutely doing fine, ma sha Allah, I have gathered the courage to watch it. Okay. This was the first time I watched an open heart surgery recommended directly after a brain tumour. I’m absolutely flabbergasted. I don’t know how many times I’ve said oh my but it was a lot. Huge respect to the doctors and nurses! I mean what?! I want to learn this, do this and just experience this live. This is so amazing. You are amazing! I’m still young but this… I think I’ll think about becoming a surgeon now way more because this is art.

It must feel so good to finally have finished the most important bit of the operation and be able to close up the patient, knowing you and your team were able to come together and make it happen in just the way you hoped after such a grueling process. Such a weight off their shoulders, and a job well done. Someday, I hope to be a Neurosurgeon, and watching things like this both teaches me how surgical operations work and how to act and think as the one performing the surgeries. My daughter had this procedure when she was 24yrs old. Originally they were to just replace the aortic valve but when they opened her up they found that the aorta was about to explode so had to repair it. They said they don't know how it hadn't blown and she was very lucky to still be alive. She had complications afterwards in ICU and had a heart attack. She was rushed in for an angiogram and they found she had a blockage of the right coronary artery from the surgery and therefore was rushed back in to surgery for a bypass....she was then placed in a coma for 10days not knowing if she would survive....they really didn't expect her to pull through...but she did. Thanks to doctors just like those in the video. She is now married for 23yrs and has two sons...one aged 22 and one 19. 🌹🇦🇺

Hello Usman, of course! We shoot our videos with a dslr camera (a Canon 5D Mark IV) with a 24-105 F/4 lens. Some of our POV videos are shot with a go pro hero 8 black. The go pro shoots can be handled by one person. If you guys want to shoot with a dslr, you are going to need a separate filmer.
