Bud💔🎼🎤🎸🎶🕊 There's a movie starring Jill Clayburgh (when she was Hollywood's "It Girl" -- and she was such a great actress and very pretty) ... anyway, her daughter and her [the daughter's bf] get busted by mom -- and Pablo Cruise's "A Place in the Sun" is pumping out of the speakers. lol Gotta love the 1970s!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😄

Ontario Place Forum, stage spinning, Cory Lerios taking the time to lock eyes with virtually everyone in the audience, myself included. Pure showmanship of the finest kind.
These guys have that super-smoove blue-eyed soul thing down--but then they throw in that totally RIPPING guitar and it takes it to another level. The bass player is also REALLY good. His basslines are really funky, but also rock-solid, and the fact that he can pull off *perfect* vocals whilst holding down the rhythm section with some rather complex basslines shows just how good the dude really is.
Not to mention that the original player is not there because he passed away just before this.. Larry Antonio fills in nicely for Bud Cockrell, the original... the others are the original members.. they still have it, and still tour...
When the band's name has the word CRUISE in it, you know the super vibe is a coming. . . This has gotta be one of the most uplifting songs ever. . . Love it. . . Happy happy joy joy. . . Blessings. . .
These guys sound and perform just as good as they did 35 years ago. And the bass guitarist/lead vocals here is great! Bud Cockrell - the original band member who sang this passed away in 2010 - he would have approved. Thanks for uploading this- brings back great memories of a great band that is still great today!
Just saw them over the weekend (11-10-19, Long Island, NY) These guys are the greatest band and so personal with the audience. They play so tight, like it was 79 all over again. Best show I've been to in a long while. Live long Pablo Cruise!!!

These guys always played & sang their ass off & most people have no clue how much talent it takes to do these songs. Very good songwriters also. Bud Cockrell had a voice that was unique & sounded almost like a black Soul singer. Larry does a good job filling in here for Bud.
Had all the Cruise music, 8-track cassette and vinyl. Love the 70's and seems the young kids today are discovering my vinyl choices. BEST DAM MUSIC EVER*

1978. Senior class trip to Kings Dominion in Virginia. This was the hot album of the summer and they nailed it!
The piano fills during the chorus make this live version ten times better than the studio version. A masterpiece.
